Hi, my name is Dedrie Marie Beck, LMT and owner of Pause Organic BodyWorks, LLC. I work with ladies and gentleman who are bombarded in the everyday craziness of busy life and find themselves completely stressed, tense, and in resultant pain. I have a clinical background in physical therapy, personal training, and massage therapy that offers the foundation of my knowledge of the human body. What I have found is that while your experience with me may feel that of 100% luxury and pampering, this education and experience is the backbone and roots that allows you to recover, refuel, and re-​enter your day… rejuvenated and ready! I also operate Urban Apothecary, a 100% natural & certified organic handcrafted line of massage and spa products.

The owner of this business is a well rounded individual with a long line of experience and education. Holding a degree in Applied Science, she has worked in physical therapy, prosthetics & orthotics, personal training, and massage. Her business sense has granted mutliple positions as Rehabilitation Director in the therapy arena and she served as the Practice Manager of three prosthetic offices in the DFW metroplex.
