I didn’t want to waste my time writing a review for a fast food chain… but last night convinced me that this location SUCKS. This is the closest taco bell to my house and the hubby and I were hungry but wanted to grab something fast and cheap. We went through the drive thru and ordered about $ 9 worth of food(thank you dollar menu). When we pull up to the window the guy asked me if I wanted any sauce. I said yes Mild sauce. He even repeated my answer«mild?» back to me to make sure he had it right. When he handed us our bag of food he almost forgot to give us our drink. When we got home and opened the bag… BOOM. no sauce. even after double checking with me to see if he heard me correctly .he still didn’t put any sauce in the bag. No big deal-we have salsa at the house. BUT.literally working the drive thru at a taco bell that was empty. has got to be the EASIEST job in the world. How do you forget to give me something that you asked me if I wanted…-_–

If I could give this zero stars I would. 630 pm on a Saturday night and a piece of paper on the door says«CLOSED. « Um, ok. We won’t be back, and we will tell our friends too. Taco Casa down the road got our business, and was much tastier anyway.

This is a franchise with multiple health violations. Complaint was made against an unprofessional employee who was actually the manager. Food disgusting, service terrible and with all the violations from Health Department this place needs to be shut down.

Came here to get breakfast while in between teaching classes for my job. I wanted to try the breakfast. The breakfast selection looks pretty good, and includes a value menu. My little waffle taco came with syrup and I chose the two cinnabons instead of the hasbrown. Next time I want to try the breakfast crunchwrap and the steak burrito. The waffle taco was small, not very filling at all. :-(The orange juice was also small, and you have to pay $.50 extra for it. Eh… I don’t think Taco Bell is where it’s at for breakfast bites. :-/

I don’t really know where to start. I walked in, one guy a head of me, new employee on the register, having to ask manager who was working drive through every question on every button click. Took almost 5 min to get this guys order. I should have walked out at that point b. c he took longer for mine and mine was a simple combo meal with a number so I figured it would be pretty easy for the newbie to get it right. A few others were waiting for food too. Then the drama hit… one guy who had claimed to have waited for 20 min, they got his order wrong, then while trying to fix it, another 10 min went by and he went to the counter and asked for his money back and they were leaving. The newbie back talked the guy and I thought I was about to be on a video that would quickly be on youtube. 20 min after that, my order came out, it was terrible. I couldn’t eat it. Threw it away and left. This Taco Bell is the worst. I will NEVER be back.

Good food good service, bad lobby should be redone looks like it was designed in the 80s. The employees could be better but you would need a real good manager probably.

Taco Bell for fast good is never a bad choice. Not as authentic as other fast food taco joints but you usually can’t go wrong. They were really slow at the drive through. Good location right next to Kroger.

This isn’t you typical Taco Bell, in the sense that it isn’t run by a pack of disgruntled teenagers. I’ve noticed mostly older women running the cashier/drive thru and. i never thought I’d say this, especially about a Taco Bell… but it is a pleasure to order from them! They are the most polite and kind mannered people, sometimes more so than fancy restaurants I’ve been to! I want to tip them! They are also quick, efficient and always get my order right. This Taco Bell is highly recommended for a quick, tasty meal and friendly service.

Yes, I admit it… I’m a fan of inexpensive tacos. Sure there’s another reasonably well-know taco joint a little further east on 1709, but for a buck I really do appreciate the simplicity of a crispy taco and a couple of packets of the«fire» sauce. Since I can’t get a beer here, and I’m only minutes from home, I’ll usually hit the drive-thru which has always worked well(and they are generous with the sauce packets too). So while it took me a while to find this location(How did I miss it?), it’s now most definitely on my snack radar.
