We just spent 40 minutes waiting for our $ 15 order. After 15 minutes it just became morbid curiously if they could really take longer than 20 minutes to serve the 3(not 15) cars in front of us. This location is in desperate need of management change and increased discipline. Suffice to say, if you would like your food fast, please visit a different location.

Terrible service. And they make your portions smaller. I ordered a chicken salad bowl and I got a third maybe. Chicken pieces tasted stale. Don’t go here.

The Keller location appears to be one of the slower service Taco Buenos. The drive-thru food order is usually incorrect most of time. The meat is either too dry or too wet. The queso is either under cooked or over cooked. They don’t seem to know the difference between a «party taco“and a regular«crunchy taco». Today I ordered 3 «crunchy tacos» and received 1 crunchy and 2 party… I don’t care for the shell on the party taco so I was disappointing yet again and reminded of why I shouldn’t go to this location for a quick lunch.

Filthy dining room, greasy meat and lazy staff. It was late afternoon and they weren’t that busy so there was no excuse for the state of the place. Trash was strewn everywhere, a broom and mop bucket were left in the middle of the floor and the bucket another reviewer mentioned last week was still sitting in a chair. The food took ten minutes to come out and was luke warm, greasy and sloppy. Won’t return to this location.

I LOVE Taco Bueno, but this store is disgusting!!! From the nasty, sticky floors to the bucket in the chair collecting water from the ceiling! Every single table was dirty… EVERY…SINGLE…ONE!!! I emphasize that because we had already ordered our food to eat it there and as we walked into the dining room, we noticed how gross it was. I turned to the girl at the counter and asked for a wash cloth to wipe a table down because they were all dirty. She said«are you sure they’re ALL dirty!!!» Ummmm… YES!!! It was 8:00 at night, no other customers inside or out, but not one of the 6 people behind the counter was interested in cleaning up the mess… the whole 40 minutes we were there! Very disappointing!

Dirty store, inattentive service, mixed up orders. Get your muchaco fix at a different location.

I just ordered 6 tacos with no lettuce from this place after a 13 hour work day. I’m starving. I drive all the way home and finally get to sit down and eat something and they ALLHAVELETTUCE. The dang guy at the window even repeated my order back to me. Should’ve just gone to whataburger they never mess anything up.

This place has been going downhill for a while. The people who work here seem to not care which is probably a reflection of the management. My son loves the kid meal toys from here so we made a special trip here through the drive-through tonight. I placed my order & I was put on hold for a long time. When I got my order it was incomplete. The kids meal quesadilla was missing. When she brought it I asked about the toy and she says, «oh we don’t have anymore kids meal toys. We ran out.» Well that was the whole reason why we came. I think that whenever I ordered the kids meal that they could have told me that, but no. They weren’t going to even say anything about it. Her reply was«I’m sorry honey». When we got home the quesadilla was overcooked and the burritos were missing half the beans it seems. I will not be returning to this location. It will be worth the extra miles to go to another location.

This was more like Taco No Bueno. I gave them a star for not adding beans on my nachos like I requested but there were barely any cheese on it. These were probably the most pathetic order of nachos I’ve ever had. So far Fuzzy’s keeps me satisfied.

For a fast food chain, this place is the bomb dot com. Definitely better than Taco Bell. They give military members 20% off and for that very reason, I give them 4 stars.

This has to be the dirtiest Bueno I have ever been in. Service is really poor inside, the drive through is much faster. Go figure. Here is my rub. I ordered 3 crispy beef tacos. Thee was virtually nothing in the taco. The meat was overly seasoned with salt. From now on i will do the drive through so i don’t see all the filth on the inside. It is fast food but wow, that was gross.

Things are not going well here tonight. Restaurant manager if you are reading this, your staff is overwhelmed. I have been waiting in here for my order for 20 minutes. Help them.

I love Taco Bueno in Abilene, but this Bueno is mediocre at best. You’ll get your Bueno fix, but they’ll mess up your order — guaranteed. Be sure to double check your order before leaving.

I know it’s crazy, but I LOVE Taco Bueno!!! We didn’t have these back in Boston, and from the first time I found one here I thought it was awesome. Definitely better than Taco Bell, which is all I can compare it too. I went to this one for lunch today and I got 3 different taco-type things and loved them all! Brisket taco, chicken«muchacho», and something called a taco-rollup. Whatever — they are all taco-derived items. I think they are just GREAT. Flavorful and CHEAP. Taco Bueno is now my go-to for fast food when I just want something fast. I know, loving fast-food is a sin, but I just love Taco Bueno!!!

OK, in the realm of Fast Food Mexican you only have three players in my area; Bueno, Taco Bell, and Taco Casa. You can’t accurately compare other mexican places to these three — this is fast food mexican. That being said, Bueno kicks the shit out of the other two. Their meat is better(80⁄20 compared to 70⁄30 at Bell and Casa), the hot sauce and guac is fresh made everyday, the queso and chili sauce are very tasty, and their taco’s are the best, period. Many of their other menu items hit the spot — I like the Beuno Chilada personally. So again, in fast-food mexican, this is the place. You want real Mexican, go to a sit-down menu restaurant.

Why? Oh why did I do this to myself? Didn’t I know better? Why, yes. Yes, I did. And yet their drive-thru beckoned. Why? Why didn’t I just drive straight home to tasty leftovers in my fridge? Maybe ’cause they say they’re ‘more bueno’? Methinks not. To review in one word: Barf!
