This was my first time here and the food was excellent. The service was awesome. The sour cream and onion fonduta was great. I’ll definitely be back!

Different name same story… After having poor to average experiences at chow and chill and Quarterhorse I gave it yet another chance. The bar itself has always been really nice and the owner seems to be a great guy but no change in terms of service or vibe. My bottled domestic beers were again more expensive(5 bones) than other places in Keller and the food was still so average. I actually had a nice talk with the owner and asked him directly what time the new place would shut down on Friday and Saturday nights. He told me the Local would be open until midnight. I asked him this because every time I have been there I get the old last call at around 1030 and I see no willingness from the bartender to extend their shift past this time. I have almost felt like I am whisked out the door. Anyways I was there on a Friday night, my first time in the new place and guess what… the lights came on at 1035 and myself and 14 others where shut down. I didnt expect this place to be open all night but come on people. Listen this place does have a nice bar but if you want to stay out after dinner and socialize past 1030 this is not the place. Alot of people on this side of Keller wish this place would work out but after 3 name changes nothing major has changed here. The service is below average and just the same old story. Much better places to go in Keller for an environment with a social vibe and better treatment.

Bring your dog’s for all day«lappy hour» Saturday. Great patio and food to boot. I had the BLT with a special request for extra crispy and they not only nailed it, but with the applewood bacon it was one of best I’ve had. Great food and ice cold brew! I’d give them more stars if I could! Service was impeccable and the food was right there with it!

This bar is convenient, right off Keller Parkway, but struggles to attract an owner able to create a brand or great identity. Similar to the last couple bars, they have a basic sports bar premise with nothing spectacular. The food is a little above average pub fare but poor service and staffing that doesnt seem to be actively managed plaque the location. I came in Sun at 830pm, sat at table and the bartender was in rush to wipe bar instead of helping me with menu. Limited people but every TV channel was on a football game where i was in mood for NBA. Oh well, lets see if it improves.
