When I first saw a rental listing through Trend Property and Management, I called and was able to see the property same day. Juli showed the property and guided me through the application process, It was easy and I heard back quickly.
I recently began my lease with TP&M and have submitted a couple of different maintenance requests. They were both handled in a very timely manner, I was emailed back immediately and called for appointment set up same day.
