Foods really good little pricey but it’s totally worth it. It’s in a tool store arrange but great concept. I loved how nice the waitress was.

Went in for breakfast today. They weren’t busy at all. Had 2 tables besides us. Worst service ever. Not once were we checked on to see how the meal was. Hubby’s coffee and water were not refilled. She didn’t come by until we were almost all done to bring coffee and drop off the check. I’ve been in this field 20 years and I would not recommend this place based on the service. The food was average. Hashbrowns were not cooked at all. Barely any on my plate. Over priced for what we got.

A favorite breakfast spot, but a great choice for any meal of the day. Fast, friendly service and very conveniently located.

This is a great place to eat in Kelseyville and all of Lake County! Good prices! Excellent Bar, Pub cuisine. The also do dinner on Friday and Saturday nights til 8:00 and the menu is very tasty California Cuisine. They aim to please and work around any choices for different people. Service is professional, friendly, and and clean. I would rate it very high as an eatery to visit when in Lake County!

Great dinner last night(Saturday) at Woody’s in Kelseyville!(Located in Kelseyville Lumber) Service was impeccable and waiter was very attentive and friendly. Superb medium rare prime rib dinner that had a Demi glaze w/mushrooms underneath, fresh green beans with bacon and a baked potato that was exquisite! Prime rib was excellent and seasonings on outside of meat was fantastic. Highly recommend coming here for dinner! Probably best prime rib dinner in the area! A hidden gem of a restaurant:-)! Chef came out personally to ask about our dinner! Kudos to the Chef! — with John McKillip at Riviera Heights.

Ate here the other morning because live oak grill was closed and was very dissatisfied with the food! Tasted like it was cooked two days before and the poorly reheated and thrown on plate! Same for dinner as well! My parents had bad food!

Terrible! Over priced, burnt toast, and skimpy amount of food. The only good thing I can say is the wait staff is polite.

Woody’s was a great surprise. Who would have thought a café attached to a lumber yard would be sooo great. Stopped in for lunch. Staff was happy and friendly making great suggestions. I had the bacon cheese burger and fries. Delicious. When in Kelsyville stop by and have a great meal and a good time.

Pretty good food but the prices are a little high for what you are getting. The clam chowder was very good and appeared to be made from scratch. The burgers are good but a little pricy. The beef patties should be bigger or the prices should be lower.

Woody’s is a cute little kitschy diner inside a lumbar store. Decorations include figurines of Woody from Toy Story and Woody’s t-shirts from other restaurants named Woody’s around the US. We came for breakfast and I liked a lot of the options on the menu. I ended up choosing the«famous» breakfast burrito($ 7.99) which is stuffed with eggs, cheese, hash browns, sausage, bacon, and ham with salsa on the side(or gravy instead of an extra $ 1). Zack and my father-in-law chose one of the omelettes($ 12.99) which includes hash browns, coffee, and toast for the price. I tried a couple bites of my husband’s omelette and it was yummy! They also have a breakfast sandwich(only $ 3.99 if you choose the english muffin), pancakes, waffles, etc. I’d like to come back when I’m in town again!

Great food, great service. What more could you need? The breakfast sandwich is my favorite. The kid who serves my breakfast is one of the most personable waiters I have encounter in a very long time. He deserves a raise!

My husband and I eat here regularly. Love the staff, Tom does it all and is such a personable young man. Food is good, not many places to get Lobster and they have it every Fri and Sat. Try the prawn salad… delish!!! Breakfast is always good too. Can’t go wrong if you can pick up your lumbar supplies and have a good meal in one stop… good job Woody’s.

I give Woody’s 2 stars because I find it very inconsistent. A few years ago this was my favorite place to have breakfast. It was nothing special — just your typical greasy spoon. But it was consistent and friendly. At this time I would have rated it 4 stars. A bank I used to work for would have breakfast staff meetings here twice a year. They were catered, buffet style. The food at these events was basically uneatable. I’m talking soggy bacon, watery eggs, undercooked hash browns. One time an employee got sick after the breakfast, claiming she thought the sausage was raw. At this time I would have rated only 1 star. I’ve eaten here twice since leaving the bank. The food was eatable at least, but far from good. So I give them 1 star for food quality, and 1 star for service because the women that work there are always very friendly and nice.

This is an interesting diner, located inside Kelseville Lumber. I found it a little high priced for Lake County, but the food was good. Also, for any of us working in the trades or do-it-youselfers, a lumber yard with a happy hour is pretty cool! We went there for a late breakfast, Coffee was good, with rael cream. Service was friendly and prompt despite the crowd. Hubby’s ½ order of biscuts and gravy was un-inspired but filling. I was disappointed that there was no pancake combo listed on the menu, so I ordered a la cart. Got 1 pancake, huge and spongy in a good kinda way. Served with a generous portion of Clover Butter. Scrambled eggs were fluffy, side of bacon was four slices of thick, crispy bacon. Folks used to Bay Area prices may find this place a bargain, the chow is tasty and plentyful.

Woody’s is great for what it is. It has one of the better burgers in Lake County. They will cook to order(I can get medium rare), decent fries and Stella on tap! The service has been good each of the about 4 times I have gone. What’s not to like? It is what it is… a café in a hardware store. I’ve enjoyed it.

It’s hard to rank greasy spoons because they all pretty much put out the same product. On occasion, something stands out and they might receive some repeat business. Woody’s would not be one of those places. We went to Woody’s with friends on a visit to Kelseyville. It is located inside Kelseyville Lumber near the Garden Department. The make-up of the restaurant is not bad, with an interior waiting area with tall tables and a cute inside area that is more open towards the store. We opted to site in the outer area because the inside was quite crowded. They serve breakfast and lunch pretty much all the time. The prices were a little steep for a greasy spoon, but the accompaniments seem to make it worth it. For about $ 9 you can get an omelet, hash browns, toast, and coffee. You can’t seem to get a simple pancake breakfast, you’ll need buy a basic egg breakfast and add pancakes, which are about average. Our waitress was a middle-aged woman that was very friendly and polite. Lots of wise-cracks(good-natured) and she seemed very in tuned to what we ordered. The problem was that we waited about 10 minutes to even get the order placed. She was not the only waitress working and the place was not big, so I couldn’t figure out why it took so long. The food came within an appropriate amount of time but one order was incorrect so she went back, and came back with another wrong order. She admitted the mistake, but it took some time(and eventually her looking at the ticket) to realize that our party did not order that food. In the end, everybody did get their food except for my coffee. Not only did I not get the coffee that was on the menu with my meal, I wasn’t even asked. The food was typical greasy spoon. Three of us had omelets and one had an English Muffin sandwich. The omelet was fine, although the bacon seemed a bit stale. The hash browns were fairly soggy. The pancake I shared on the side was medium size and not really of good standard for the price paid for it. Overall, a very disappointing meal. We will not be coming back to Woody’s for any type of breakfast any time soon.
