History

Established in 1999.

We started as a small store on the Kemah Boardwalk and have since grown exponentially. We have recently separated ourselves from the boardwalk and are now located in a stand alone building on the corner of Bradford and 5^th Street. We still carry the same fresh, homemade ice cream and waffle cones that we have always had, but we now have our own free parking lot and larger, updated indoor and outdoor seating.

Meet the Manager

Cornelia M.

Manager

Cornelia started at Marble Slab Creamery as a part-​time ice cream artist in 2001. In 2009, Cornelia graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. She has held the role of General Manager at the Marble Slab Creamery in Kemah since 2008. She prides herself on providing the freshest, highest quality product and service that is possible. She is a very hands-​on manager and you can find her working shifts and helping customers five to six days a week.
