What happened to John the manager? Things have changed. Went there this am for my usual small coffee with cream and sugar. The lady after me was given her order first which was a latte. The lady in front of me wasn’t given her med coffee and wanted to know what was giong on. There were 4 people behind the counter, come on people lets get it together. I need and want my coffee fast. When John was there I got my coffee right away and he was always very nice.

This location is very convenient for me, it’s right by my job. The store is very nice, clean, and modern looking. Plenty of parking. I had a coolatta and a donut and it was like any other dunkin donut store. It was really good. However, the customer service was horrible. The cashier was very unpleasant and rude.

Relatively new store always out of jelly donuts and strawberry coolatta. No one apparently from management to complain to except a kid that doesn’t know where his head is.

New location in Kendall. Located in a small strip mall by the entrance to highways. They have plenty of parking but no drive thru. It’s a small place with some tables and chairs and a small counter to place your order. They have the same products as any other location. Doughnuts, munchkins, croissants, and several different types of bagels, coffee, and coolattas. My favorites are the french crullers, Boston cream, and the glazed doughnuts. I also like their french vanilla coffee and coolatta. The place was clean and staff was friendly and bilingual.

Terrible service. Cashier hurrying up customers when there is no one in line and then worried for bad reviews in Unilocal ha!

Music sucks. Guy at register could have been friendlier. The young lady working there was very, very pleasant.

This location just opened where there used to be a Navarro next to high way. It’s maybe been around 2 – 3 months. Great location as is near Baptist Hospital and on Main Street. The staff was nice but they need to get it together. Everyone seems lost. Orders are not in order. And the manager was rude, could have been apologetic, is called customer service. I get that people are in training and new, but don’t give me attitude for waiting and complaining 20 min for a coffee, specially when the 5 people behind me got there stuff and left! Sorry Dunkin, I think I prefer to drive a bit further and get excellent service and no donuts at Starbucks!
