Mark is a member of the National Association of Home Builders. That gives you peace of mind that we are certified by the nation’s most prestigious governing body for the home building industry. Through the NAHB, Auld Building Company earned the distinction of being a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and a Certified Green Professional (CGP).

Auld Building Company is recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Certified Lead Safe Firm/​Lead Safe Renovator. We have been trained to follow lead-​safe practices when working on the renovation, repair or painting in pre-​1978 properties

We are members of the National Federation of Independent Business.

We belong to the Maine Building Officials Inspectors Association (MBOIA). This helps us stay current on the latest building code issues, trends, and rules here in Maine. The assocation also offers training and certification program for building codes.
