Established in 1999.

Structure Cleaning and Coating has been in the commercial building restoration business since 1999. We use a low pressure soft chemical cleaning process to clean the exterior of your building. In looking for other applications for this specialized equipment, we discovered it is fantastic to prep your roof for coating instead of the traditional «pressure wash» approach. Do you really want to apply 3,000 PSI to a damaged worn out roof? Since this process greatly improves adhesion, we are able to offer a state of the art warranty for a state of the art restoration.
