Don’t bother. The only thing they do consistently is get your entire order wrong. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. I don’t think I’ve ever had my order ever come out right each time I’ve been there.

Service was okay. Not fast but not horribly slow. I ordered a Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit at 6:45 am. The biscuit, egg and cheese were great but I didnt get strips of bacon, I got crumbles of burnt bacon. I had to remove them from the biscuit to enjoy it. Also, the staff appeared unkempt, and the building was dirty and outdated.

Normally, this place is okay(Meaning up to BK standards.) Today, I went to use a coupon for a Whopper. The cashier doesn’t ring in the coupon, just asks for what the Whopper is normally. When I ask if she had entered the coupon, she says«No, I don’t know how to do that!» After getting a manager to the front, we finally got it right, but shouldn’t she have been trained to do that before being at the register? Shame on you, BK!

Just wanted to relate our experience 2 weeks ago during the ice/snow storm here in the Atlanta area – lots of good samaritan stories about stores opening for stranded motorists, but this BK refused to let my wife come in off the icy roads to use the restrooms — there were lights on and people inside the store but she was told she could not come in under any circumstances. We will not be using this BK any time soon.

I feel awkward leaving reviews for fast food places but when it gets as bad as this Burger King, I really feel the need to warn others. This place flat out sucks. They could care less about the customers and their food. If it takes you 30 minutes to get your food when nobody else is even inside, don’t be surprised. If the way your food is prepared looks like a middle school dropout put it together, don’t be surprised, they probably are. I left this place wanting to curse out every employee, but I thought I’d be nice and just calmly leave instead. I now understand why nobody goes to this Burger King. If you’re really hungry for Burger King though, then go to the one closer to Town Center Mall.

Horribly slow drive thru. So slow I was afraid the menu was going to switch from breakfast to lunch. Seriously when it takes you as long to serve fast food as a sit down restaurant takes to actually cook food maybe you need to assess the staff.

This posting is more of a warning than a review. I am not going to complain about the service here, god only knows what my attitude would be with overly impatient customers if i was getting paid minimum wage. My review is to note to anyone who reads reviews before going that there is a MOLD issue at this restaurant. IF the owner of this restaurant is reading this, please address the mold issue. It is easy to see, i ordered my food, sat down, and noticed the tile baseboard(by the large windows) had come undone. The reason the tile baseboard came undone is because of the amount of moisture behind it. Where the tile baseboard was before, there was a lot of mold, black spores. If anyone is allergic to mold, please avoid this restaurant, actually if you don’t want to breathe mold, avoid this restaurant. I can only remember sitting down eating the whopper, and kept looking at the mold, it turned my stomach pretty good. Bathrooms looked clean like any other fast food place.

Im never going back there again because the order takers are smart asses and they tend to argue with you as you order your food and they were very impatient. Where do they get these people? I mean they have no courtesy for the customers whatsoever and they even have Mexicans that work there that could barely speak English! DON’T EATTHERE!
