I should have been concerned when I had to use an AOL email address. I should have also seen the red flag when every single applicant of the rental property had to pay a $ 55 fee to apply (this meant $ 220 total for us). Then the lack of communication or follow up was not good. We were denied rental of the property due to bad credit (which only one of us received an actual reason for the denial), but the lack of timely response was really not professional at all — we had to do all of the follow up. I would seriously question doing business with this organization in the future. It appears this company just made $ 220 in pure profit.
