Food was great. Try the more spicy dishes! The service was wonderful… They had photo books which showed all their dishes which was so helpful!!! They could update their space… It was sort of bland. I would recommend and go again!

Me and my boyfriends favorite spot to grab sushi rolls. The staff is very kind and knowledgable about the menu. The rolls may be a little on the pricy side but when they come out it is all worth it! The presentation is amazing and the rolls are just as good as they look. I recommend the pretty woman roll and the TNT roll. We’re hooked!

I came here first time to order rolls to go. I ordered couple of rolls and appetizers. Their spicy salmon roll was not good at all. There wasn’t enough sauce and enough salmon inside the roll, however, there was a lot of cucumbers inside. I tasted cucumbers more than the salmon itself. I also ordered the spicy california roll and it was not good either. The spicy crab looks very dry instead of creamy with spicy mayo. Next roll I ordered was pretty woman roll. It was okay, it has mango on top with salmon and top with sauce. It tasted sweet because of the sauce not the mango(I barely even notice there’s mango on the roll. lol). Next roll I ordered was KSU Roll. It was supposed to be baked roll but the crabs and lobsters tatsted so dry. Again, it supposed to be mixed with spicy mayo but I barely taste spicy mayo. It was very disappointed. This is the first time that I actually bought sushi and have some left over which I put it in the fridge and I don’t wanna eat it anymore either. It was that bad for me. The store inside looks so empty. Empty as no customers and not a lot of tables either. The décor doesn’t look very attractive. I will give it another try sometime later. May be I ordered wrong rolls but seriously good sushi restaurants supposed to make their rolls taste good! I love sushi and I tried almost every famous sushi restaurants in my area already. I had a lot better sushi than this place… really. May be it’s not the taste that I’m looking for, but I will give them another chance. Hopefully, it will change my mind.

My boyfriend and I live right around the corner and frequent here often. We love mangos!!! Whether I’m eating different sushi rolls or getting chicken fried rice I always leave extremely happy! They use a photo book for their sushi rolls which I love because you can see exactly what your getting! And all the entrees come with soup and salad! Also, the egg rolls are quite possibly the best I have ever had! I suggest this place to all of the locals in the area for some well priced sushi and other entrees!

My sister and I ate here for dinner for the first time. We both felt the same way and thought it was excellent!!! Even though they were a little busy, we were greeted once we walked in and seated within 2 minutes. I noticed there was only 1 server working but we didn’t mind. She gave us menus and a photo book of the sushi they sold. The pictures were great and had the name and the ingredients on each picture. However, they should also have it on paper so it’s easier and faster for multiple people to read their specialty rolls without having to pass the photo book around. Without that, we would have been lost. It didn’t take too long for our sushi to come. The prices were great ! Sushi tasted great as well. I can’t wait to go back and try more rolls. I just wish there were 2 servers to help each other and refill drinks. I felt bad watching the 1 run around crazily at times.

Great! I would recommend the chicken katsudon as well as the California roll and wrap. For drinks, the sweet tea is a great option… The egg sushi was also fantastic. Lastly, the green tea ice cream was also a great desert to freshen up the mouth. Overall great choice and would come again!

My born and raised ‘Japanese’ wife and I eat at Mango’s regularly. She enjoys the ‘Tempura Teishoku’(Teishoku means set) and I usually have two or three different rolls. While it’s not the absolute best Sushi in the area, it’s certainly good quality at a reasonable price. I will say the wait staff is often less than enthusiastic, but the food is good, and I’ve learned to be patient with so so service. I recommend Mango’s to those with a taste for Sushi!

This was the 3rd time I tried them. Once over Christmas was not to bad. Took my kid the 2nd during lunch, said not coming back, just recently went and will not return. Way over priced, tastes not very fresh, a lot of tempura food which hides the taste. Service very slow for always empty.

Awesome food!!! FRESH sushi(seem to use a lot of shrimp in most of their sushi dishes… I don’t care for shrimp) Appetizers and entrees were really good! Service was good. Kinda odd Atmosphere to say the least(fancy sushi and sports bar don’t seem to go together. It’s one of my favorite places to get good sushi in the area.

This place is amazing. They have great service and their food is delicious. I like that they have pictures to go with their sushi and the order comes out the same way as the picture. The taste is magnificent and the best part is if they mess up on your order, they give you what they call«mango bucks» so you can spend it on your next visit. It’s definitely a way for them to draw you back but the concept is very smart. All in all, I love this place and recommend it to anyone who loves food.

Great high quality sushi. I am very critical about sushi and this was extremely well prepared. Highly recommend the Blondie roll.

The service was terrible. Our waitress never checked on us, refilled our drinks, or took the empty dishes away. The entire staff seemed unhappy and barely looked up from their phones. The seaweed salad was really watery and the cold sushi roll temperature was a little on warm side. Not a place I would go to again.

Well that was a waste of time and money. Overpriced subpar quality sushi and the tempura was terrible. Top it of with bad service, definitely will not be back.

Excellent sushi that you order from picture books! This feature alone will make me go back when I want sushi. Service was good except the rolls took a bit longer than expected especially since we were one of only 4 tables at the time of ordering. Would definitely recommend, though.

How? Seriously? The only good thing about this place was I got seated immediatley. Other than I sat around and waited 15 minutes and still no server. The place was disaster. Two drunk ppl chugging frozen drinks at the bar. Seriously its Feb and you have this obnoxious blender making daquiris. The table resembled a hand me down from a soup kitchen and a generic brown metal fold chairs.(Literally). The only people who rate those are the ones who get free drinks because you have to be INTOXICATED to eat there. Unilocal… if you hear you need incorporate negative stars. This place receives a custom –5 stars, and the possibly banning of dillusional Unilocalers who rate this place and wasted my time driving there. All and All I walked out. DONOTGOHERE! I REPEATDONOGOHERE!

Fantastic food and service! I arrived on a Thursday evening with a friend and was seated immediately. We both ordered the don katsu which was amazing! The miso soup was on point and the cucumber salad was a nice touch. The restaurant itself is super clean and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Wonderful place and so glad it’s close to home. Will definitely be back!

I have been on a mission to find good sushi in my area for over a year now and am pleased to have finally found my local favorite — Mangos. The good: The sushi is consistently fresh and they have many many different types of rolls to choose from. They have a book of photos of all the different types of rolls they offer that list the ingredients for people who are more visual. They have some interesting pairings — and have a variety of raw and cooked rolls. My favorite roll is the Give Me More roll — which has scallops, crab, shrimp tempura, avocado, and apple — the apple really adds a punch to the roll and gives it a different texture. They also have a full bar and have lots of drink specials. The not so good: They seem to have a lot of shy/inexperienced wait staff. As others have mentioned there always seems to be some confusion about the specials/coupons. There are two different sushi chefs — I believe one is the owner — and when he is there the rolls are tightly made and much more visibily appealing. The other chef still makes good rolls — but they do tend to be a little sloppy. Also, they offer grill type food — I understand they are trying to appeal to a wider audience, but in my opinion offering wings and philly cheesesteaks just distracts them from doing what they do well. UPDATE9÷5÷13: The food and service have only gotten better and I have only had good experiences here since they have worked out their kinks. I love Mangos! As a side note, my runners up in the area are Thaicoon in Marietta(fresh, but not enough variety for me) and Kuroshio in Kennesaw(good selection, but freshness varies greatly and frankly the service there is abysmal).
