This has got to be one of the worst operating businesses ever. I don’t know how these guys sleep at night. They add absolutely no value to my life, they charge a $ 4 service fee with every payment + a $ 6 service fee on my bill for (???).
Basically, if I have a $ 30 water bill, I pay $ 40. They get $ 10 bucks of my money for free.

This company is the absolute worst. The monthly bill makes absolutely no sense and they include a «billing rate» break out at the bottom of the bill, but it does not also say that there is a multiplication that they use behind the scenes. I have a master’s degree and this bill makes no sense. It’s a complete rip off.

Its a joke. $ 10.95 service fee + $ 3.95 even if you pay echeck!
So I have to pay extra $ 15 a month for my $ 43 water bill. Our community have to get another company!!!

I don’t even look at the bill anymore because I know they’re gonna charge me the same exact $ 72 every month for my single apartment. They claim that I use close to 3000 gallons a month when I’m literally only ever home to sleep (I’m a med student and live at school). My old utilities company said I used 1500 and I had a roommate. Someone please explain to me how that works. Also, you can leave the country for a month and your water bill will somehow magically be the same as every other month. Good luck dealing with these imbeciles.

I don’t see how the have an A+ with the BBB, but they are a rip off and charge late fees higher than the bill itself. Yet they do not have free autowithdrawals, or online payments that would eliminate missing payments. Also, I was away from my apartment for 4 months and my water usage didn’t change except it went up a few times. rip off. The is on of the worst parts about renting and not owning. The landlords do not care.

Every month I have to pay a 4 dollars fee!!! So inconvenient. I finally decided to have a check mailed out each month… Surprise surprise they lost my check. I wish there was someone else I was able to go through,

OnePoint Technologies has taken great care to insure that I always receive a late fee. I have spent many hours talking with their customer services reps and supervisors about unfair late fees, and they make absolutely every effort to be sure that even when a late fee is not warranted (and subsequently credited), a late fee will then be assessed on the FOLLOWING month’s bill for not paying the previous unwarranted (and credited) late fee. Their logic makes no sense, and though their customer service reps are somewhat tolerant by phone (i.e. they won’t hang up on you), they are trained to make things as confusing as possible, and to engage you in a battle of (dim)wits to make sure they receive their undue late fees. I can only assume that late fees comprise the bulk of this company’s revenue, because it makes no sense that they would dedicate so much of their company’s time and resources to battle a customer who at every turn makes a detailed good faith effort to settle such a minimal balance dispute.

Wish it could be a negative review. Have had them in my apartment for over a year now. Out of nowhere the garbage fee went up and they are also charging for pest control. Pest control is a service provided by property management so why are these a-​holes getting to charge me for it.

Again, not that it matters but here’s OnePoint in a nutshell. Every month, I receive a $ 5 convenience fee for the privilege of being a consumer of their service. The website states that this fee in part «covers the tender for fees such as the price of postage.» Wanna know the kicker? If you pay online, there is a an ADDITIONAL $ 2+ fee on top of the $ 5 fee. There’s a $ 7 fee for the privilege of saving them postage money!
