RushCube

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are third-​party scammers who charged us almost double what the skydiving company told us they charge. We bought vouchers for skydiving and were promised a specific location if we called at lease four days in advance. It took me three tries, one voicemail, and 45 minutes in the phone to get a hold of anyone in the client services dept. and then I was told that everything was booked and I’d have to drive an additional hour to another location oh, and pay more. At the skydiving location we asked the owners about their prices and Rushcube had charges us almost DOUBLE the price. Also Rushcube said the price we paid included a videographer to make the jump with is and video tape everything. In reality, it was a go pro strapped to the hand of the guy strapped to my back. Not worth the additional charge.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! It is a scam and they take advantage of people. We booked a trip and then decided to take a different route that would not allow us to do it. They have refuse to refund our money. Even though the cancellation was done within hours of the booking. It is really unprofessional and they should be ashamed to handle business this way. Beware!!!

TERRIBLE experience. Tried on two different occasions to schedule a discovery flight. First my husband was on hold for 45 minutes, then disconnected, that happened twice, so he gave up. When I tried to schedule about 7 months later, I emailed… provided dates and time options. I tried to schedule for THREE weeks, I gave up. Then I got a confirmation via email at an airport an hour away, scheduled for less than 48 hours, with a cancellation policy requiring 72 hour notice. Plus, it was at a time that was never verified as a good time with me. I immediately got on the phone, for over an hour, and canceled, but not before being disconnected. I contacted the airport directly and that man was super helpful. Just today… TODAY, some random day they felt the need to email me a discovery flight schedule for a month from now… no follow up, just «here’s your discovery flight information.» The most horrible company. When I called and spoke to a girl to express my frustration, she said, «OOOOKKKKKKKK» in a totally disgusted manner. Seriously, the worst, worst, worst, worst. Ever. The. Worst. Ever. Any other place will be better. Any. Other. Place.

SCAM. I purchased a gift certificate which I have not received. The direct number I used when ordering is no longer active. Not sure if this company actually exists. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I got my refund from the credit card company, but I had to work to fight Rush Cube. After the initial dispute, Rush Cube did reply to the credit card company, so I had to send in additional documents. After that, Rush Cube did not reply to the credit card company, so I won.
Advice: 1) don’t use this SCAM COMPANY, 2) if you absolutely have to use them, charge it on Amex since they have the strongest customer advocacy (I didn’t, so I had to work harder).

A total Scam/​ripoff
Don’t be fooled– I went to skydivingalbuquerque dot com to order a tandem jump for two, clicked on «Albuquerque Skydiving Gift Certificates», and was directed to the site cloud1point dot com/new/index.php?c=sales…“
This site (subtitled FOR RUSHCUBE” took Contact Information, Billing & Shipping Information, and ended with ‘Order Now”.
NOWHERE did it indicate the nearest jump location was in Colorado, Texas or Utah.
I bought the tickets through SKYDIVING ALBUQUERQUE!
I called Rush Cube for a refund after I found out what a scam it is, and they were not at all interested in talking to me, just said «No refunds» and wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor. I contested the charges with my credit card company, and suddenly Rush Cube calls me all nice and everything, said I was getting a refund. Clearly they didn’t want the scrutiny my card company was applying.
Avoid at all costs.

BEWARE!!! These people are absolutely the WORST!!! I booked my «Discovery Flight» ONE month in advance and I receive the invoice right away for the service which I signed immediately and sent back. Not only did I not receive any information about my booking including the address and phone number until 30 MINUTES after my scheduled flight (mind you this was after calling «Customer Service» over 5 times and being left on hold for over 30 minutes), I then received the WRONG address and wasted my time only to miss my scheduled appointment and have to reschedule. THIS WAS the WORST experience, ruined my valentine day surprise AND to top it off, it is now over a week since my «scheduled» discovery flight and I still have not been able to do what I paid for. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

DO NOT TRUST RUSHCUBE AT ALL!!!
They are a hidden third party company and do not list their company name on any of their websites. Instead, they hide under different website pages/​names and confuse users into using their service. When you call the number on the website, it will book through them, then they send you out to a different vendor for your services.
I was looking for an air ballon ride in San Francisco. I purchased the private balloon ride which is double the cost of what you would pay for a shared balloon ride. They list this as their «exclusive ride». The problem was that I did not receive an exclusive/​private ride. On the day of my scheduled ride, I ended up receiving a shared ride and was charged the amount for a private ride. I paid for something I did not receive.
The hot air balloon website also contains false advertisement, such as promising to fly over San Francisco. When I purchased the hot air balloon ride, they booked it all the way in Sonoma…1 hour/​50 miles away from San Francisco, which was not what I had asked for either.
This company is just scamming you of your money. They also charge 3x the amount you should pay because you go through them to get to the vendor. It’s cheaper to just go directly to the vendor. At the same time, you need to be careful because RushCube will hide the company under websites tailored to what you are looking for.
They are also the absolute worst about giving a refund. I called RushCube about the situation and wanted a partial refund, but they refused. They used every excuse they could to get out of it.
There are many other complaints of people having similar issues listed on the Better Business Bureau.

STAY AWAY! My friend and I booked powered paragliding tours for our husbands as a surprise for their birthdays. We paid the full amount in advance, and received a confirmation. The week of the excursion, we contacted the paragliding guide directly, and he said he never received our reservation from RushCube, and cannot do the excursion on the date we reserved 4 MONTHS ago. Called RushCube, & they said everything was all set up, for regular paragliding, also not what we bought. We told them no… the guide can’t do the excursion at all and they are not assisting at all in making our reservation right. We were told today they would issue a refund, hoping this comes through.
RushCube is a subsidiary of Spot Reservation who also has terrible reviews. Buyer beware! This is a total scam!

These people are 3^rd party vendors! They pay to get Google Ad space so that they show up on your search results, then they charge you a MASSIVE premium and book you with the actual vendors when you can easily do it yourself. They are NOT affiliated in ANY way with the final vendors and they are complete SCUMBAGS when you try and get your refund.
I booked something through them, showed up and the vendor had no record of the booking. Then I called RushCube and they told me i would get a refund. When I called them after a few days to get my refund they refused it.
PLEASE don’t get caught in the same trap, these are BAD people.
