Business Owner

Ted was born in Massachusetts and raised in California. At a young age it was apparent that Ted was an achiever and a leader. After graduating from the University of Mississippi he moved to Atlanta, and began his journey to earning his law degree. While attending John Marshall Law School, Ted held an internship where he was thoroughly trained in civil litigation with focus on Personal Injury, Domestic Relations, Criminal Defense and successfully litigated cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals.

Ted is the founder of The Silverbach Group, LLC. As a highly respected law firm in the Kennesaw area, Ted has earned a reputation as a skilled litigator, strong client advocate and a familiar face in the local community. Ted resides in Acworth, Georgia with his wife and kids. As a family man Ted has a strong commitment to keeping the wounds of a divorce minimal for children involved in the case. Also, he is sensitive to the stressful impact that an injury or an arrest can bring to a family.
