They give good prices for buying your gold (I went to several places and they paid the highest), but the «father» that runs the Kennesaw location was awful and unprofessional. He did not follow through with me as he had promised several times. It was very uncomfortable being around him. I would never return.

I don’t know anything about the quality of their diamonds or gold, but I went in there to sell a diamond and the guy was a jerk. Very negative and unprofessional. Told me to go somewhere else, that he didn’t even want it. Offered us $ 50 but said it might retail up to $ 800… Horrible way to present yourself

This is for their new location in Dallas. Anne is a sweetheart. She is very honest in her dealings with you and really tries to make you happy. For selling gold, I recommend them. For buying, I recommend them. Their prices are very good. However, for repairs, that’s another story. They send the repairs out to their Kennesaw location and the job was shoddy. I had two rings resized (made smaller) and you can see the line where the gold was saudered, very thin shank came back. The other ring was sized too small. I took it back, they re-​did it at N/​C, but now it’s too big. I’m not going for strike three. This is out of Anne’s control, so that’s why it’s a 3 star. Everything’s good, except beware of repairs.

Horrible. We had them make a piece for us and the first pass was horrible. I guess they assumed that it would be okay. They had to take it to an outside vendor to make the piece and it still had issues. We sucked it up and tried to press forward giving them chance after chance. But they continued to provide excuse after excuse after excuse. I had to call multiple times to get a status only to be told it would be even longer. In the end I needed some final paper work to be done with them and each time I called they promised it was sent and never was. Finally escalated with the Father and was called names by him. I do not recommend them for anything. Adam (the son) seems to be trying but a bit over his head. And the Father should not be dealt with at any cost. He shouldn’t even be allowed to greet people. His presence alone coupled with his abrasive and demeaning personality is horrible.
