Working Solutions specializes in property management. We manage Condominiums and HOA communities. We work for the Board of Directors for the community and assist with accounting, maintenance, property inspections and general information.

History

Established in 1991.

Gerri Schwartz, the owner of Working Solutions, came to Atlanta in August 1988. After working for a small management company, she decided to start her own company. Many of the properties that Working Solutions manage have been with the company for 10 or more years.

Gerri Schwartz, Elysia Bonner and Beverly Scott are the property managers with the company and manage Condominiums, Homeowners Communities, and Townhomes.

We currently have 27 communities that we manage, ranging from only property inspections to full management services.
