I’m not writing this review for this store specifically just the closest one near me, I ordered Yankee candle off line for my sisters Christmas gift, I received it with the whole glass around the candle shattered. I was extremely heart broken as to the packaging not done correctly for it to break. I called Yankee candle corporate and got through to customer service and spoke with an extremely nice women named Lisa, wishing I got her last name, but she heard my story, didn’t ask any questions and sent me a replacement candle. I am so pleased with Yankee’s customer service! Thank you Lisa! I hope you have a very Merry Christmas! You helped save mine

There needs to be a 12-​step program for people addicted to Yankee Candle.
Sure, I used to be one of those people that would walk by their stores and get knocked over by the smell. I would roll my eyes and refuse to pay over $ 20 for a candle. I was also the person that would make fun of the names they have for their candle scents: «man town» «riding mower» and «first down.» Do men really need their own oddly sexual candles?!
I am now one of those people that receive weekly email updates on candle sales. I am one of those people that does not care how much their candles cost, I MUST have them ALL! I am one of those people that has candle accessories. Candle shade covers, decorative candle holders, cute toppers and seasonaly themed scents. I even have a strand of fake Christmas lights for my Christmas Cookie candle with tiny little elves attempting to climb in to the candle. What elf wants to get burned? I… love…it…ALL!
For those of us that are die hard candle people, or those who are just now coming out of the candle closet, most candles leave a black smoke in the air as they burn, Yankee Candles do not. The large candle may be expensive but they burn up to 110 hours, which is longer than any other candle I have ever purchased.
I tried to kick the habit early, I really did. I bought cheap Hazlenut candles at Walmart. I even bought boot leg Yankee Candles from Target but nothing and I mean nothing is a Yankee Candle.
