If I could give a zero I would. The dogs do not stay in the home. They stay in a dark, smelly basement with dirty furniture and vacant appliances. My dog was terrified and ran as fast as possible away from that place when we picked her up. She hates the car but ran straight in. Terry leaves the dogs unattended in the basement when she «goes to lunch with a potential client». The dogs are not kept in kennels when unsupervised so who knows what happens. I was very hopeful for this service but it did not turn out well at all.
