Joel did a great job on our inspection. We called him on a Wednesday and he was able to do the inspection on Saturday morning in Yakima. He was very accommodating, willing to do inspections on evenings or weekends. Once the inspection was done, he had the report back to us that evening. it was a new construction and even so, he remained very thorough and found a number of areas that needed to be fixed.
Cost of our inspection was $ 375 for home that’s less than 2000 square feet. This was pretty in line with what we found when we called around and for the convenience, it was worth it. He also gave us an evacuation plan and for folk in his area, has information about who to call to get utilities hooked up — for those in Yakima, he unfortunately was unable to get us this info.
He gets the five star bump for the quick turn around and his flexibility. Definitely a good one to check out when you need an inspection.

Joes was really nice to work with, seemed very knowledgeable, and seemed to do a thorougth inspection job on our house. When I say «seemed» it’s only that this is our first experience with a home inspector, but Joel made it a very comfortable one. He was honest about the house’s flaws and gave us helpful tips on correcting them.
