We offer services such as carpet restretching, carpet repair, carpet dyeing, upholstery and leather cleaning, drapery cleaning, tile cleaning, water removal and disinfecting. Guarantee System also specializes in odor removal. We can remove most odors caused by smoke whether it was caused by cigarettes or a house fire. We also treat for animals: cats, dogs, skunks, etc…

History

Established in 1979.

Guarantee System is family owned and operated and has been doing business for 31 years in the tri-​cities area. We currently have 3 full time employees and 2 part time employees. Our carpet cleaning technicians have 37 years, 22 years, and 17 years of experience respectively. We never use subcontractors, and offer residential and commercial services for eastern washington.
