I started my work career at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation; before becoming a Business Owner of Tri-​City Plumbing in 1983, as well as a General Contractor. I am acquainted with all aspects of construction, including code requirements associated with contracting. I am experienced in building & remodeling both residential & commercial properties, subdividing & developing properties. I have personally bought & sold numerous investment properties.

I’ve spent my entire life in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Since 1971 I have resided in the area of Southeastern Washington, known as the Tri-​Cities. These growing & progressive communities are Kennewick, Pasco, & Richland. During my years here, I am proud to have witnessed tremendous growth & an economic viability unsurpassed by even much larger areas. I have found this is truly a wonderful region to live & do business in.
