Starbucks

I love that staff knows my drink when I walk in! Joni is the best! Her smile is infectious and always makes my day! Kudos to Starbucks for hiring such great staff!

Unfortunately, when I say every time I come to this location and my drink is made improperly, I am not joking.
This is maybe the sixth visit and yes, my drink was made horrible. I ordered a BLENDED Carmel Macchiato — what I received was a half melted mess with hot shots of espresso on the bottom and a blended slush with added grounds.
Usually I’m far too nice to say anything, but with barista experience I went back into the store and let them know I would like it remade ~ I was asked what I didn’t like about the drink: let the barista know ALL of the above.
She stopped me, explained she made it correctly and that she ‘blended’ all the ingredients without the shots of espresso which she then poured over them. In the past, I knew this was wrong — if I wanted an chilled liquid caramel macchiato I would have ordered it ICED not blended like I wanted.
This barista kept saying she was correct in how it was made — I didn’t argue with her, I saw no point. She didn’t apologize for it being not to my liking. It wasn’t until I started backing away from her (almost at the door) which is offered to remake it – mind you, almost all the customers were looking at us and listening to our conversation at this point.
I decided it wasn’t worth the headache. I was hoping the manager would step in since she was at the nearest register but she didn’t. I only came to this location since it closest to my work, but now I just REFUSE to come here again.
Maybe I ordered incorrectly at this establishment, but the barista didn’t even take the time to say she was sorry and maybe I would like a different product/​coffee to try instead. Horrible customer service. Will be sending this complaint to corporate. This isn’t how baristas should treat customers.

I had a rude employee make my drink wrong the other day, when I requested a new drink, she rolled her eyes at me. I think her name was Grace… won’t be going back unless someone else is working.

Very convenient location! However disappointed by consistently burned shots and long wait times…

Thank you, Starbucks, for this location! Also, the current manager used to work in the downtown Starbucks in Walla Walla, and yes, he can make my drink perfectly.
They also have the chonga bagel, free wi-​fi (like all Starbucks), and a drive thru. There is, of course, the Starbucks in Columbia Center Mall only a short distance from here in case you’re stuck at the mall and can’t get to this one; however, there is no drive thru at the mall location.
Standard Starbucks fare, but nice new store (well, about two years in June). Where does time go?

I love this store! Although I may be slightly biased, but it’s my favorite in the area.
