Need flooring installed. Refused to come look at the job until I went to the store and picked out the product. How I’m supposed to pick out product before I know what I need, I’m not really sure. Plenty of other respected flooring companies in the area that are happy to gain my business.

Had Mitchell Carpets install 1200′ of carpet a couple weeks ago. There was one visible seam in the upstairs hallway that I wanted them to touch up.
First call they said they would have the installer call me to have it taken care of… never heard from the installer. Second call Mitchell Carpets said they don’t guarantee that seams won’t be noticeable, but will have the installer call us… still nothing.
I’m a pretty reasonable person, if the seam wasn’t in such a noticeable place, I wouldn’t have a gripe. I’m pretty disappointed that Mitchell Carpets does not stand behind their work.

Got great service and a reasonable price and they have financing available added flooring in a very tight spot perfectly and no seams even shaved down the door because it was catching
