History

Established in 1997.

I have been involved with computers from 1985 until the present day. During the past 24 years I have come across many things that I have learned to love and hate about computers. I love how computers help us with the many chores of today, making it easier for us to accomplish more. I hate the way computer repair companies are only open during what I like to call «banker’s hours,» forcing us to work around their schedules. A computer repair company should service the customer and not make them go out of their way.

For these reasons I decided to start a computer services company that specializes in the many shortfalls of other companies. Such as never being open when you need them or causing you to drag your fragile PC from your desk and into the car and then finally into the store hoping it doesn’t get damaged along the way. We never ask you to disconnect your computer and bring it to us: we come to you with a smile!

In 5^th grade I helped my Principal with his Apple II Plus, I was in the office for other reasons (hmmm. an award maybe?) and I noticed the Apple II Plus on his floor waiting to be unboxed. I had noticed this sitting there for a while now and asked him how come he doesn’t have it setup? He said he didn’t know how to set it up. I said, I can help you with that. Well we became good friends as I was always helping him with his Apple. Imagine that I was getting called to the office for reasons other than uhh. to get an award… It was shortly after that I knew I enjoyed working with computers and Helping People. So now after many wonderful experiences I decided to start a computer business that HELPS People and fixes their Problems or HeadAches.
