For nearly 10 years, we have provide continuing education and real estate licensing classes to local agents in the greater DC area. We provide both online and traditional classroom instruction.

We have class locations in Northern Virginia, DC, Montgomery County, and Baltimore.

History

Established in 1998.

Initially based out of Wheaton, MD but now our office has grown and moved to the Kensington location. We have happily served thousands of local area real estate agents for their licensing and continuing educational needs.

I have a had a terrible experience with pditraining. I have completed all my courses and they are not sending it on to the real estate commission. They are not responsive to emails/phone calls. Be warned of this school. they may be the cheapest around but that doesn’t do you any good if they won’t respond/send on your approvals.
If you don’t believe me, just try giving them a call and getting a live person on the phone. That will tell you what kind of trouble you can expect if you sign up with them.

Their classes are not approved by the state of Maryland. I sat in a three hour class and after getting my certificate was told that the class was not approved and i would have to take another class. They also cancel the classes the night before with no notice.

Great pre-licensing classes, very professional classroom set-up, lots of room & comfortable.
Teachers are exceptional and seem to really love their job.
The Saturday prep class was free with the course.
The teacher of the prep class explained in depth the «how and why» of subjects so it sunk to your head and he’s actually noted for writing 2 chapters of the Maryland Real Estate Law Book!
I liked the night classes especially and will highly recommend PDI to others.

PDI is an excellent training facility. I have been taking classes there for over 10 years. My continuing education for my real estate salesperson license I also took 3 months of broker training at PDI. The teachers are well informed and excellent. The most important saying I can tell you about PDI is that they are convenient. They are always running classes daily. I can count on them to have almost all of what I need in the time that I need it. I will continue to attend PDI training classes for the rest of my career thank you PDI.

When other schools went down the tube, this Real Estate School survived. This is because they are honest, hardworking and friendly. There were times when the director let people into classes when they were totally full (standing for only) for free.
Everything is relative but they have to be judged by their growth and longevity because this is a good school.
