History
Established in 1980.
Originally called the Aamerican Colleges of Karate; the school was lauded «The Only Game In Town» by Black Belt Magazine. It has a rich heritage of instructors and was purchased by Master Rick Dye and Jennifer Dye in 2001. Always in the top 10 of the Best of Western Washington, the school was designated Martial Arts School of the Year by the U.S.A. Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2008.
In 2011 the ACMMA relocated to 704 West Meeker in Kent, WA. Its focus is to build confidence, increase physical strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The programs emphasize character development and improved mental focus. Come see why the ACMMA is «Where Black Belts Go For More»!
