My room, or, «Suite» is lovely, clean and smart, if not grand.
All the hotel staff i’ve spoken to are courteous, happy and chatty.
The Breakfast is delicious, if a tad «basic».
There is a nice flat screen HD TV.
The Bathroom is spacious, bright and clean. I like how the extractor fan is on a timer.
There is also a decent sized fridge.
I would not hesitate in recommending thus nice hotel.

While certainly not qualifying as a 5-​star restaurant, I could tell that there were thought-​out details that management implemented.
I had a King bed, balcony room for a 4-​night stay midweek for business. If I could do it over again, I would opt for a king bed GOLF COURSE VIEW room. The balcony may be nice during spring or summer if you use them, but it overlooks the parking lot. Bleh. I didn’t use mine as it was wintertime. Kind of a waste of an upgrade. Now I know!
Another downside is that none of their rooms has a microwave! I bought several freezer meals for my dinners and had to walk down to the lobby to nuke them. But the pillows are super comfortable and the hot water and water pressure is plentiful! Bathroom was updated which was a nice touch. A lot of times you’ll find a room in a hotel that got updated in one area but the rest was left alone. Yuck!
I used a lot of the amenities. The gym is stellar. It has most of the basic items you would want to use. Variety of cardio machines, variety of weights, medicine balls and the larger inflated balls. What they could use in the gym is yoga mats or exercise mats, resistance bands and DOUBLES of weights. I noticed that there weren’t 2×15LB weights so I had to improvise my workout. But all in all, great gym, with TV, water and towels provided. I was never interrupted which was nice.
The continental breakfast was probably the best one I’ve gone to for a 3−4star hotel. It had EVERYTHING. Took me all week to sample what I wanted :) Breakfast muffins/​sandwiches, waffles, varied cereals, oatmeal & toppings, bagels & toast, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. No matter what your diet there’s probably something in there for you. Also the Filipino lady who runs the food area is ON TOP of things. She’s sweet and funny and personable, and keeps the kitchen immaculate and will take your dishes for you. She’s a keeper.
Tuesday night wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch. Definitely take advantage if you are staying on a Tuesday night. Their snack selection was less than I have had at another hotel (Silver Cloud Inns), so more cheese and cracker and olive variety might be nice. Cookies are made in the lobby every evening too, but they only had raisin. Meh! :)
Next business trip to Kent I will definitely stay here again, but now I know what rooms to reserve & more of what to expect. Definitely a comfortable place with kind, helpful employees.

Spent 2 night there during Christmas.
It was surprisingly quiet. Room was on the small side but that wasn’t a big deal.
Free breakfast form 6 to 9:30.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Room was very clean and everything that should have been there was.
Bed was comfortable.
WiFi was strong and the connection was quick.
Will defiantly stay there when we are in town again.

We would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, had everything we needed and was wonderfully quiet. This drought — stricken Californian appreciated the lovely view of the lush green golf course during our weekend stay for a family wedding in November. Thank you, Best Weatern, for a pleasant stay.

I love this location. A free shuttle will bring you here, which is about 15 min from the airport.
The hotels location itself is great, somewhat secluded, as it sits on a golf course. This means quiet, green, and peaceful.
I definitely recommend a rental car if staying here, otherwise you will probably need to take the free shuttle back to the airport, then take the light rail into downtown SEA (35 – 40 min). This could get pretty tiring daily, but depending on your itinerary, you may or may not be better off with a rental car (expensive and scarce parking downtown).
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice. Complimentary bottled water the first night, and free wifi are great amenities.
There is a snack bar next to the lobby, so you can pick up some small snacks and drinks if you get hungry.
There is a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel, as well as a family restaurant and Irish pub also a few minutes walk away.
The free breakfast was good, the selection is decent. In the evening, they also put out fresh baked cookies near the lobby, and you are more than welcome to take as many as you see fit. This is a really nice touch, a la the Ramada.
In front of the check in desk is a lobby with some sofas and chairs where you can sit and relax. There is complimentary coffee and tea, as well as fruit basket (apples and bananas when I went). It’s the small simple things like this that add up to mean great service here.
The service is top notch here. Every time I have stayed here (this is the 3^rd time), the service has been amazing, from every employee I spoke to. They are very accommodating, and always friendly and helpful.
This is my definite go-​to hotel, if I am staying near the airport. I will be back.

The hotel staff is great. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Free beeakfast isnt all that great so I stuck to the packaged oatmeal, yougart and some fruit. Housekeeping is a bit loud in the hallways during the day. Theres no microwave in the room and when we asked for one they told us that they took them out because someone burnt popcorn once. We had to use the microwave in the lobby area, which was quite a hike from our room.

This is a nice place to stay and the price is right. We like to stay where they have a full breakfast and this one was really good. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Stayed here Christmas Eve and woke to a Santa gift bag on our door in the morning – very nice. Quiet location. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back for their park and fly deal. MUCH better than being next to the airport. Already have reservations for New Year’s Eve as family live near by and we don’t want to drive home after the festivities. Glad we found this place.

It’s a bit tired and out of the way. The price reflects what it is. My guess in the summer there are lots of golfers who stay here. Breakfast has some hot items and the rest of the offerings are really good. Friendly staff and front desk. WiFI is free and stable.
A redo would be good.
Eat at Shari’s in the same outlot. The Chinese restaurant next door has a bar.

Great hotel for the price. Good attention to detail. Nice smell when you walk into the room. Big TV. Internet reasonably fast. Did not skimp on things in the room, like the desk chair. AC worked fine. Had a subtle Japanese aesthetic throughout the building which was lovely. I don’t give 5 stars only because the surrounding area is not so nice.

Nice clean rooms, staff was friendly during check in and out. I liked that the bottled water in the rooms was complementary, it’s a nice touch. Parking was a little challenging showing up in the evening, due to a wedding that they were having. Overall great experience and good location.

My girlfriend and I stayed here in April for a spontaneous Seattle visit. Loved the free shuttle service, which picks you up from the airport and can take you to Light Rail station free of charge. It’s very convenient, but only leaves on the hour, so make sure to plan around that.
Unfortunately, we had a view of the parking lot and the hotel was a little farther from the city than we anticipated (takes about an hour from the train). However, our room was still comfortable, spa was decent, and the continental breakfast was solid.
Overall, great place to stay if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay outside the city. The hotel staff was compassionate, personal, and completely exceptional. Five stars for service and hospitality.

I would say this is actually a pretty good hotel comparing with the price for a night (less than $ 100). It’s senseless to compare the quality to the ones in Las Vegas, but what a hotel should provide for a day-​in and day-​out accommodation, it has it. Bottle water on your desk, Seattle coffee pouches, a refrigerator, shampoo and conditioner, hair blower, lotion, towel towel and towel in all sizes, luggage rack, iron and iron board, clothes hangers, and even a designer vanity! You can try to flip things around to find a sticky spot, but there really isn’t. Oh, what did I miss? A breakfast; they provide breakfast, not just leaving a pile of muffins in the he tray and they walk away. But they do provide hot real breakfast like what you have at home.
Only 20 minutes driving distance from the Tacoma International airport. You have to understand this is not a newly build structure. But the effort they put in keeping up the good shape, they really deserve a 5 bigo STARS! You don’t really have to spend a lot of money for a hotel, this can’t go wrong. And I really had a good night.

Wonderful caring staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. Rooms just a bit small, but that was no problem, because of the other positives so I five a five. Abundant apples for the kids, coffee ²⁴⁄₇. Very friendly to families. The rooms on the golf course side were so quiet. Best sleep at a BW ever.
The shuttle and free parking for a week were great. The shuttle driver was totally awesome. Took backroads to Seatac in record time. Faster than the highway! Safe driver. This is off the beaten path, and a gem. Beats all the other Sea Tac park and stays. We got to park our own car, right in front of the hotel. No messing with valet. Quick convenient shuttle. It is worth the fifteen minutes to Kent to avoid the stress of overcrowded shuttles like the DoubleTree. We are definitely staying here again as our «go to» for park and fly in the Sea Tac area.
The manager Shawn was fantastic. We booked a second night that we ended up not needing, and it was non refundable. The manager was sensitive to our needs and gave us a refund. This is a well managed hotel.

Seriously, I was shocked by how nice the rooms were. We looked at hotels in Des Moines for a night away from kids and Des Moines hotels didn’t seem nice enough. The bummer about when we went that the hot tub was out of commission when we went but the manager Shawn Walters? was more than accommodating and went above what he should have done. Good guy! I would have wrote their corporate office, but couldn’t find on their site where to send a thank you. Good place, with a bar and Chinese Restaurant within feet of the from door. Driving range across the street and other places near by for a night out.

Fast check in and out, clean rooms, friendly service. Ideal for visiting Seattle if you want a clean, safe, inexpensive place to crash. Little complimentary breakfast included. I used a groupon with no problem! Definitely will keep this place in mind for return trips.

I spent four days here. I was in Kent for a trial. This place was very satisfactory.
Since I reserved five days, they upgraded me to one of their suites. This is not fancy, but it did give me extra space. My trial ended a day early. They did not charge for the final night.
The staff was friendly and provided good service; no complaints on that score. Every Tuesday night, they host a bit of a reception for guests. They introduced me to a nice rose. The cheeses and salami were first rate. It was a nice touch.
Breakfast was good and better than many similar hotels that I have stayed in. The coffee was good. They had yogurt to have with my cereal.
I started staying at Best Western because early on they free easy to access Internet. That was the one failing this trip. It was hard hooking up a mobile device. On my last say, the Internet was down for the entire hotel. That is a first at any Best Western. They could have handled it better.
All in all, I anticipate returning if work brings me back to Kent.

We were looking for a place to stay about midway between Seattle and Tacoma away from the airport noise as a base for daytrips. Kent is one of those places where «there is no there there» but the hotel had decent rooms at a decent price … A bit small… ask for a room with a balcony to get a bit more space

Very clean and tastefully decorated MODERN rooms.
Breakfast was worth the extra money.
Spa and Hot Tub are very relaxing and clean.
