Heritage Insurance

Rosa Torres was wonderful. She helped me out with my insurance questions and replied quickly to my email when I had to update one of my car (since I got a new one). She made it easy by contacting me via email since its easier than talking on the phone. She replies promptly and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

I was referred to Heritage insurance through my progressive direct representative.
Fortunately for myself I reached out to a very knowledgeable and motivated agent named Michelle.
Michelle was able to explain to me in much better detail the circumstances of my situation, and was my wisest courses of action would be to take.
I highly recommend Michelle at Heritage insurance for advice and sales.

Awful customer service. At my insurance renewal, the rate jumped twice the amount I was paying at the time. I asked them to cancel my policy because I am not going to pay twice the amount I pay for no apparent reason. I have good credit, had auto-​pay so I was never late on bills, no claims, no tickets. They just decided I need to pay twice the amount because I guess I was a good loyal customer. Not sure how that works. Anyways, I called to cancel my policy and the girl told me I have to put it in writing. I did and I ask for a confirmation once it is canceled. I absolutely did not want to pay for another day to work with them anymore. Three days later, still no confirmation. I called to follow up on the cancellation. The girl gave me the wrong information. Then she told me that my policy was cancelled but she cannot send me any confirmation. I need to call the insurance directly who keeps telling me to talk to my agent. So lucky I never had to file a claim with them. That would have been a total nightmare. Safe to say I will never do business with Heritage again. If you are even thinking about using them as your agent, you need to put on your best running shoes and sprint as fast as you can away from these people.

The roadside assistance is suck. I did this twice. The first time, we wait 3 hours in rain, and they can not find the location even with address. 2^nd time, another 2 and helf hours, and I’m still waiting now.
