Wow, fantastic experience! I was freaking out because my authorization was due to expire in a few days and no one told me that the rules had changed in Seattle. Now it takes over a month to get your authorization! Trust me, if you live in Seattle it will be worth it to take a trip to Kent and get your authorization here. It can be long drive with the traffic and all, but they provide water and snacks which is such a nice touch. The receptionist was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly and the doctor was actually interested in my health! Those earlier postings complaining about the price don’t reflect current prices — Besides having to wait for my auth, I would have had to pay nearly twice the price in Seattle. Plus this place is ADA accessible which some of the places I called were not. Definitely recommended.

They scheduled my appointment for a renewal over a week ago. The morning of the appointment came and they called to tell me that they had double booked me, but instead of giving me a reasonable timeframe for another appointment they wanted to rebook me for Sunday (of next week) or send me to another place that was more expensive without any acknowledgement of their screw up. The lady on the phone even tried to explain that it was some change in the medical law or something, but I’m pretty sure Washington state isn’t the one that messed up on me when scheduling this. Avoid at all costs or risk being treated like toilet paper.

Clean office with snacks in the waiting room. The doctors have always been friendly and professional making me feel welcome and comfortable. Not a long wait time either which is the main reason I come here. This is my second visit and I have no plans on going elsewhere.

$ 85 dollars for a renewal here, when other places including in Seattle are only asking for $ 65 dollars. I even asked for a price match but they wouldn’t budge. I’m pinching pennies trying to save money, not spend more than I have to. Wish the people working here would realize that prices that high are unreasonable for a lot of us.

This place and the doctor i saw are just great. Very knowledgeable and great care. Recommend it to anyone.

Not HIPAA compliant and the naturopath my husband saw does not understand the law in Washington state, which surprised me since their website claims that they are compliant with the RCW. Surprising since I was told naturopaths are required to attend training on the law. When I tried to provide her with the correct information (I have been involved in providing advice on these issues for a number of years) she acted very superior. What a shame as this hurts the industry.

Great place friendly people had a wonderful time and conversation with people there i would recomend to everyone
