Love this place, great selection (plus sizes too!), awesome helpful staff, and great rewards program.

Great customer service; however one of the companies policies rubbed me the wrong way. I made a large purchase and within 48 hours, I wanted to return/​exchange one of the items. I read the one-​lined «fine print» and it says «All sales are final on personal items.» In my mind, «personal items» are toys, lubes, vibrators, etc. I had a pair of handcuffs (not used nor package opened) and the sales girl told me I couldn’t return/​exchange them, they’re considered a «personal item»; however, they will exchange lingerie!!! WTH?!! That’s nasty and unsanitary. So a little piece of advice, BE CAREFUL, when buying lingerie from this company.

Went to this store for the first time ever and Lawanda was fabulous working with me! She is very knowledgeable of all the products and offers recommendations based on what you say — meaning she’s listening to you! Amazing customer service! Prices are a little high (hence 4 instead of 5), but this chain is billed as an upscale shop, not a sleaze shop so prices are relative to the quality. The store is laid out nicely and its easy to look for certain items.

I’m no stranger to sex stores, I live within five blocks of at least three.
It was with some trepidation that I finally caved one day in desperate need of lube and went to the McDonalds of sex stores, Lovers.
When the sales associate found out I was looking for lube, I was happy to see that he was knowledgeable on near every type there and had recommendations that ended up being great. He definitely had the perfect mix of being helpful and not being up in my business.
A return trip a month later confirmed that these guys really know their stuff and know when to back off.
Selection was pretty good compared to everywhere else, though I’ve heard the Tukwila location has even more.
Was a great experience for a pro like me, but I can safely say it’s newb-​friendly too.

I visited the Kent Lover’s store a few days before Christmas, to see if I could pick up anything to wear that might make the holidays a bit more «magical». My first impression, when walking in, was that the store is larger inside than I originally thought, and is organized fairly well.
They had quite a few lingerie pieces and costumes to browse through, and from what I could tell from looking across the room, quite a selection of adult novelties and DVDs. One of the ladies who helped me when I wanted to try on a few things was extremely friendly and made me feel completely at ease. The other employee, while nice, seemed to «hover» while I was browsing the lingerie, would recommend pieces he liked and seemed to pressure me a bit (which probably doesn’t bother most people, I just am a little more discreet and private when browsing such things).
They have one dressing room, which isn’t really a room, but more like a closet in the back with a curtain shielding you from the rest of the store. It was really small, and was poorly lit. However, it served it’s purpose in my case.
It’s a nice little store and the location is great if you happen to live in the Kent area. However, I would highly recommend taking the extra time to travel to the Tukwila location, as their selection and variety far surpasses this location’s, due to their larger store size.
