History

Established in 2004.

I’ve been in & around real estate for over 25 years: mortgage loan processor; property manager; inspection company and co-​owner of Reeder Brothers Construction with my husband Merle. Over five years ago, I decided it was time to do what I really wanted to do: help individuals and families find the home of their dreams. It’s been a long hard climb to learn the industry and how to best serve my clients, but as a full-​service, full-​time realtor, it’s working out well for my clients and me! It would be my honor to help you with your real estate needs in the Puget Sound Region.

I have been in and around real estate for 25 years, starting in mortgages. My parents owned an advertising company so I naturally learned a lot about marketing. I also assisted an attorney on a case that lasted 10 years.

These experiences make me uniquely qualified to be a successful real estate agent. I know houses, loans, how to market a product and how to successfully negotiate and manage complicated transactions to closing. Between my husband’s business as a Remodeling Contractor and mine as a Realtor, «we do houses.»

Born and raised in Seattle (I’ve lived in 7 Seattle neighborhoods), I have now been voted «Best of Kent Realtor» in 2008 and 2009, I know the people and places of Kent.
