Reber Ranch

Reber Ranch is my all time favorite store for my Fur babies. We stopped by last night to let the dogs play in their turf dog run and grab some supplies. I went in the store right before closing to find a specific dog shampoo. The employees were extremely helpful and all worked as a team to find the specific shampoo. I recommend Reber to everyone! If they carried purina pro plan dog food I would never even go to petco or Petsmart.

Beware of the grooming department. I have been taking my dog to the grooming department since it opened they always did an ok job. Clearly they didn’t like my dog they would make little comments here and there. The only one person who groomed him perfectly and knew how to handle him was Lala who quit to go to a more professional salon. I called yesterday to make a much needed appointment for my dog and Noël answered the phone. You could clearly tell by her unfriendly tone she was having a bad day. She couldn’t find my name and sounded very irritated like it was my fault. She then makes an appointment for the 2^nd and proceeded to tell me Rex was due for two shots that were expiring on the 1^st! I said I do not have time, so your telling me you won’t groom him, over one day expired shots?! She said nope. I said wow as they have before. What is one day? Really! She then cancelled my appointment. Clearly customer service is not their strong point. I think they didn’t want to groom my dog. I will never go back. Found a new place, I can’t wait to try. Oh, I also called the manager to complain and no one ever called me back. I will just take ALL my business some place else.

Our dog loves going to Reber. A chance to play with other dogs, shop, and meet new friends. They carry everything you need and offer free coffee. The dog run let’s everyone exercise and burn off excess energy. Highly recommended.

Love going to reber ranch. They always have helpful staff and a great selection. I especially like their grooming salon for the dogs. Always been positive experiences. Bought chickens from there before and even adopted one of my cats from there.

The staff at Reber Ranch are very friendly and professional. The vet clinic took great care of my pet and did not attempt to push additional (optional) services on me. The self help dog wash station is perfect for my large breed dog and they supply everything except the dog. I take my dog to the park there every day and he loves it. I would definitely recommend Reber Ranch.

Love this place! Very friendly staff! I bring my pit bulls, frenchies, and bullies in here and they are smothered with attention. Come here at least twice a month!

This past Saturday (11÷28÷15) while I was at work, my partner rushed our Greyhound to the Vet at Reber Ranch. Over the past several hours she had developed an egg sized lump on her chest, near her L front leg, and was in such intense pain that she wouldn’t lay or sit. When my partner attempted to touch the swollen area, the dog would Unilocal in pain and try to bite — completely out of character for this sweet hound. Upon arrival at the Reber Ranch, the vet said the painful and quick forming lump was a lipoma. He said she was suffering from gas, X rayed her stomach which was distended, implied that we gave her too much Thanksgiving leftovers (she doesn’t eat table scraps), and gave her a shot of an antiemetic (a medication to stop vomiting — a symptom she DID NOT have), and sent her home. She was panting and gasping due to the pain, which was making her swallow air into her stomach — that is where the «gas» was coming from. Lipomas are never painful, yet that fact was seemingly ignored.
Within 1.5 hours of coming home, we had to rush her to an emergency vet, the swelling had spread across her entire underside, it was turning purple (blood), and she was in such intense pain that her respiratory rate was 90 panting breaths/​minute! It took several hours on a fentanyl IV to get her pain under control so an exam could be done. She was having a coagulation crises and could have bled to death. She had to spend 4 days at BluePearl emergency vet hospital and received plasma transfusions and other medicatons to counter the bleeding. She is home now and slowly recovering.
The swollen mass that was caused the pain was completely ignored by the vet, and instead he focused on her stomach which was not the problem. More attention should have been paid to the history and information the vet was given by my partner. More attention should have been paid to the pain the patient was in. This misdiagnoses delayed treatment and caused her to endure intense pain and stress.
We love the retail side of Reber Ranch, great selection, great prices, but we are done with the veterinarian services that nearly cost us our dog.

Professional and kind. We brought our very sick kitty to them on a Sunday (yay for regular office hours on a Sunday). They were kind and caring. We never felt pressured to do unnecessary treatments on our kitty. They provided us all our options and allowed us the privacy and space to make our own decisions. In the end, when it was time to say goodbye to our sweet kitty, they were so compassionate and kind. Highly recommend.

I have been here several times, and I used to like this place. The last time I went their selection of dog halters was slim compared to what they used to have, however the woman at the counter was so rude when I asked that I had a larger selection that I actually put my stuff down and walked out. If you can, go somewhere else that isn’t so overpriced with mean employees. This is only one of a few «incidents».

I have been to Petsmart and Petco for grooming never happy with the service. When me and my wife was at Kent cornucopia days I ran into their booth. I’ll give them a try and actually love their grooming and there services!!!

This is a one stop shop for pretty much all of your pet needs. Dogs, cats, chickens, horses, pigs… they’ve got supplies. During the right season you can even buy chicks (soooo cute!!).
They even have a vet’s office and a groomers to make sure that your furball is taken care of.

They are great for the dogs. We use the vet clinic and the groomer. My pups are always wagging their tails when we pull into the parking lot. Employees are ALWAY friendly!

Great horse and cat and dog supplies. Knowledgable and courteous staff. Love the warehouse guys too.

I initially went in here because we needed flea bombs and diatomaceous earth. Despite not having any pets, our house (newly purchased) exploded with a massive flea infestation, and the stuff from Home Depot was not doing a thing.
I was blown away by the selection (not just for flea stuff, but EVERYTHING– pet gear for all types of pets, a coffee shop, a veterinary clinic, a grooming parlor, horse boarding, dog agility and training… wow). I was also very impressed by how friendly all of the staff were. I love that they do regular outreach programs (with adoption organizations), and are clearly passionate and knowledgeable about animals. PLUS they sell product made by local companies (tough to find, in my experience).
Now I stop in every few weeks to look at the animals up for adoption, see what events are coming up, and get goodies for my friends’ pets.

I always receive great customer service when I come in. Everyone is very helpful and helps me pick out what I need. I just recently got a puppy who’s tummy wasn’t agreeing with the dog food choice I had picked out. I was able to bring back the dog food to Reber to exchange and they let me try a new brand. No cost to me! Greatly appreciated

While I can’t really review the store itself, though everyone has been friendly when I’ve walked through, the Reber Ranch Vet Clinic is wonderful. I took my older lab in a few days ago after she became terribly sick. It turned out she was quite ill and needed a costly surgery to save her life. I had just recently moved and was tight on funds. I was given a few different choices but not keeping my sweet girl by my side wasn’t an option. I spent the next day trying to figure out how to get the much needed surgery for her but wasn’t having much luck. I was losing hope and my heart was breaking for my dog. The wonderful office manager, Janet, called me that evening and told me the surgery cost had been covered by a local rescue. This incredible woman went above and beyond for my puppy and I’ll never be able to repay her for it. I appreciate her and the doctors and staff that fixed my girl up.
That said — there’s one girl who works reception who needs to learn how to speak to the worried and overly stressed pet parents. She had a foul demeanour and advised me that if I couldn’t afford to take care of my dog, I should surrender her to someone who can. This is no way to speak to anyone, especially someone who is fighting hard to get their baby healthy.
This individual aside, it was a wonderful experience and I hope to one day return the kindness that the clinic and the rescue showed me and my sweet puppy. A million thank you’s and all the best to Janet. She’s an amazing individual.

My mom and I board two horses here and with my 2 cats and 1 new puppy… I’m here A LOT. Literally every day due to the dog park and horse duties. Between the horse barn, store, vet clinic and park… everything is great! The store and clinic have a friendly staff, the park is kept clean. My only complaint is the horse section is a little lacking, but that’s pretty minor. I’ll definitely miss their head vet who is leaving, but the other vets seem to be very knowledgeable as well. I can’t believe I didn’t start coming here sooner!

We come here to buy miniature pig food and they are always in stock. The employees are always friendly and the store is clean. Free popcorn at the front! There’s a dog run and they have a vet on site too.
I love their rewards card program; every $ 200 you spend you get a $ 20 off coupon. I usually forget my card but it’s easy to apply the rewards with your phone number.
My only complaint would be that every time we go there it seems they have rearranged the store, so we either have to wander around aimlessly for a bit to find the pig food or find an employee to show us. Prices are reasonable and they have a large selection of items for all animals. I love Reber Ranch!

Wow, this place is so cool! The store is HUGE with a variety of products. I took my dog to the vet and although the vet was FANTASTIC and very thorough, I almost had a heart attack when I saw the vet bill. I guess that just comes with the price of a dog though– which is totally worth every penny btw. :)

I love this place, I live in Seattle wish this place was closer so far it’s the only local store we’ve found that carries Sojos organic oats we use them to supplement a raw meat diet for our doggies, other than here I’ve only seen that brand online.
This place is great, super friendly staff. I always bring my pitty and mastiff inside and they get fawned over by staff, I definitely didn’t get the anti-​pit vibe here as another review mentioned. They carry quality products, not crap filler dog food, have a great selection of organic options. My babies love their selection of treats, bones and toys. I haven’t tried their vet or grooming though, but the store prices are fair.
They used to have a mediocre dog park here that they updated to two separate bigger parks with training aids and toys. We came about an hour before closing on a Friday and the park was completely deserted no doggies to play with. But there were tons of dog toys everywhere, it was also clean and well kept.
Once I stopped by to pick up food and they were having a adoption event partnering with a local shelter.
