Great business with friendly, caring people. I saved over $ 100 on my rental when my car was in the body shop for 1 week. They have carseats, GPS and more. They take credit cards too. A++

I’m a senior advisor on TripAdvisor and it’s too bad they don’t have rental car reviews. I normally spend a lot of time planning my trips for places to stay, rental car etc…
Strange thing is renting a car in Wasington State was very expensive so I opted for the lower rate lower grade car to just get myself around. Before getting on the plane from the east coast I called Tony and told him which flight I would be on. When I landed I had to call several times and finally got him to answer. Being from Africa and speaking broken english he finally arrived at the airport after an hour of waiting. The rate was much more than I was previously told and a $ 20 fee each way was added for pick-​up and another for delivery ($ 40). We both looked at the at the gas hand at pick up and agreed that it was between ¼ and ½. Soooo wish I would have recorded it. after the week I went to return the car and told him that we needed to stop so that I could put gas. He insisted that it was at the ½ mark but I know what I know. As I pumped the gas he turned off the car and told me to continue filling until it was almost at ¾. Enjoy your free gas and poor service. You will not see me again. It’s more worth it to rent from Dollar or another agency and pay a little more. If you do rent from them please document everything. I also wish there was a zero star because they don’t deserve the one out of five.

I wish I could give five NEGATIVE stars! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This person has engaged in VERY VERY unethical behavior — in spite of a written contract he now refuses to pay a legal bill and has RIPPED ME OFF FOR $ 500. RUN away from this company!!! they have no integrity and will cheat you at every possible opportunity.

I wish I could put negative stars on this. This is by far the worst place on this earth. I needed a car per mine is in shop. I got a low grade car that made noises, then when I had to drive more than 100 miles was told to put oil and fluid in per burns oil. They charge more than they should — there was no cars available at other car agencies at time and thought this was a great situation. Only to have horrible customer service, bad shape car, and now an attorney involved. Cannot stress do not rent here.

Okay I rented a 200? Chrysler Neon that was amazing on gas. The owner is simply amazing and really goes out of his way for his customers. This location is similar to Rent-​A-​Wreck without all of the headache, and LOWERED LOWERED cost! I’m coming back again that’s guaranteed!
