For the past 4 years, we have been very pleased with the level of service and professionalism we have received from Scott Kizer and his team. Insurance is an investment in protecting our future. Without his patience and helpful nature, we would not feel as confident as we do that should the unthinkable happen, that we would be ok financially. We also appreciate that he has the ability to talk to us like real people, his verbiage is understandable to us, and we look forward to a long term relationship with Scott.

I’ve been with Scott Kizer’s office since it opened, my company installed his phones and he asked if he could check our insurance — saving me $ 900/​year for each commercial van. His rates on my personal car and home also saved me a few hundred dollars over Pemco.
Since that time I’ve had a few claims which were handled very well. But more than that Scott reviews my account with me periodically and has been extremely good at helping optimize my insurance package by balancing my home/​car coverage and umbrella.
Every couple years I rebid out my insurance and each time the best value is to stay with Scott Kizer’s State Farm office. Bottom line I get a great price and a lot better help than a gecko.
