Signature Pointe

I think this apartment complex is great! Only very few complaints that are out of the places control like too many speed bumps and some of the tenants are a little sketchy. But the layout of the apartment is great, the price is great, the location is convenient, and we’ve had zero issues with any of our appliances. The staff 8 is also very helpful as well:)

I moved into Signature Point as a very last minute need. The minute I communicated with Rodika Baranov, I was assured that starting this lease would be a great new start and a good choice. They provided the best service and continually are prompt with my needs. Rodika is especially available at a moments notice, ensures that my experience with every interaction is 100%. I just extended my lease! Thank you for making this work for me so nicely!

I would give zero stars but it’s not an option. I just witnessed a painter being forced to continue painting an apartment after possibly breaking his foot. When asked for ice, the manager told the painter she would need to talk to her boss about it before she could give him ice. If they treat the people that work for them this way, I wouldn’t want to live somewhere like this. Horrible.

The apartments are good But you get billed for unwanted charges. For example the water bill is unbelievable. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment and I am there only 4 days a week my water bill was $ 96 to 110 every month. That’s just not right.

My husband and I moved here sight unseen. We searched the web and read reviews, some were pretty scary, but we were impressed by the management team and how helpful they were. Plus we have three small dogs and signature pointe accepts them. When we finally saw our new home in person and met the staff in person we we so happy. Very professional and clean. Very homey and private design. We are so pleased to be here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

If I could give them a rating of 0 I would. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. Absolutely disgusting, old, cheap complex and so expensive for what they charge. The pictures are completely different from the actual apt. It is infested with mold and the walls are extremely thin. We stayed in a townhouse and we could still hear our neighbors flushing their toilets, walking, and taking showers. The toilets were so gross literally had mildew growing every single day no matter how much I cleaned it. I finally had to tell the management to get me new toilets. The appliances are all very old. You should expect to pay about AT LEAST $ 300 in utilities EVERY MONTH. They will not tell you that when you sign your lease. The people in the office are not intelligent at all and will sweet talk you into signing a lease and tell you how wonderful this place is. There’s a lot of crime going on and the dumb leasing consultant lied to us saying «oh it’s the safest place in Kent» when they posted a note I. Our door to be careful and not to leave any valuables in our car. They water their stupid lawn every day at 1am and of course YOU have to pay for it. The pools are SO DIRTY. They never clean it. You are expected to wait AT LEAST 48hrs for any maintenance things done. So if your stove or toilet is plugged, you wait. I waited 8 DAYS for my light bulb to be changed until I had to go into the office and complain.
We decided to break out lease and move out. Yes they are charging us $ 4000 to break it. Disgusting dirty people. We cleaned the crap out of our apt. The dumb assistant manager said our blinds are dirty and I told her no it’s not we spent so much time cleaning everything. She says «no I touched it and their dust on my fingers» by the way, there wasn’t. So she charged me $ 35 for that. I’ve heard they will do that from other reviews and they actually do. On the dishwasher there was a little tiny crumb. She told me if I don’t wipe it, she will charge me $ 3 for that. RIDICULOUS.
Also when I moved out they said they are not responsible for telling PSE that you moved out. But they will right away put you with an account with them when you move in. So I’ve been charged for a room I wasn’t staying in until I called PSE about my bill.
Overall this place is horrible disgusting place and filled with money hungry people.
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

If there was a 0 star I would give it. My car was broken into with not so much as an acknowledgment from the staff. We complained of black mold and hornets nests, did anything get taken care of? no. Everything is run down with a thick coat of paint. If you value your family’s health and well being stay far far away.

This place is a dump. I can’t believe they even call it anything close to a «home» or «friendly». The staff on the surface appear to be helpful, but at the end of the day, they hate their jobs and it reflects. The parking «policies» are made up as you go. Example: I travel for my work. If you leave your car parked in the same spot for 10 days, you get this bright orange sticker put your windshield, which will not come off without a razor blade, that says «Move it or we tow it». There appears to be NO EXCEPTION to this rule. How did I learn this lesson? when I came home from a trip to Europe for 19 days and thought my car was stolen. After the police informed me that it was at an impound lot I went to the office and let me tell you how it went: We can’t make exceptions. SO, from that day on, I had to park my car in storage offsite… I had to pay extra money to a storage place to park my car… Really? So, that was about 800 dollars to get my car out of impound. Do yourself a favor, that was just one incident of many in the very very long 3 years I lived there. Let me give you a final tip… DO NOT sign a new lease every 6 months. They raise the rent every new lease… if you let your lease lapse and go month to month, your rent never goes up… isn’t that a riot? They reward people who don’t commit to them. Just don’t live there… please save yourself the anguish.

OK, I feel like I have to at least offset these other reviews. At least for me, they’ve been quick to respond to service requests and any complaints I have, and the whole space is beautiful. It’s not the cheapest but we’ll worth it in my book. Definitely give Signature Pointe a look.

Our apartment is nice and don’t really have more than minor concerns with it. However, I was working out in the gym they have; while nice, the cleaning crew comes in and starts spraying windex and other cleaners halfway through my workout. I mentioned something to the front office, and acted in total apathy. When rent here is as much as a house payment, I would expect a little more hospitality. Until then, I’ll continue saving money for a down payment on a house. It’s a decent transitionary living space to buy a house, but if you have a problem, expect a slow response and an apathetic staff. People are right when they say, they get you to sign the lease and then forget about you.

Horrible place!!! Horrible communication and I think it’s on purpose to get your money! We just had a baby and have ant problems and mold! I have to scrub everyday and called about both 3 times already! Ants are still here so now we are breaking the lease and now they are telling us we also have to pay for all of next months rent on top of 2000 to break the lease! When I talked to someone prior they just told me I had to put in a 20 day notice not 20 days till the end of the month’ they care nothing for their residents and just want money! I’m thinking about going to court cause we are leaving due to unsanitary conditions especially with a newborn! I’ve never had this problem or such horrible communication in my life. On top of that I can hear my neighbors have sex every night and I can’t open my windows cause everyone smokes here! The Maintence is very slow and takes a week to respond! My oven is broken, mr fridge was leaking… Do not move here

In many ways, this place is OK. but… READ THE FINE PRINT! And then read it again, and then set it aside for a day and read it again! If you do decide to rent here get the fine print enlarged and plaster it to your bathroom mirror (the mirror is really big). In short, this outfit has found so many ways to extract money from you (read, rip off) that I would be amazed if I wasn’t so angry, My son rented here for a year, and when he got ready to leave, the poor communication about certain «important» details lead to completely unjustified charges for extra rent and loss of almost all of his deposit. In short, the lack of clarity about procedure between the staff and the bosses is pathetic. Of course, if you don’t need a «clean» rental reference, you can just walk on this corporation, but most folks don’t have that luxury. If you are as much of a shark as this outfit is, go ahead and give them your worst. They deserve it!

We’ve really enjoyed our 9 months here. The walls ARE thin, but it’s an apartment, and we knew it getting into this. Does it bother me that the neighbors sounds like elephants? Yea. But We could have chosen a house if we needed it to be silent.
Our neighbors are great, the staff is friendly. They stay out of our hair and I genuinely appreciate that. Unless we need something, they never contact us. The pools, tanning, and gym are great. We love taking our kids to the little park they have on site. There’s a starbucks right next to our partments, papa johns, safeway, a good nail salon, etc etc.
The apartment is super spacious and they maintain it well. We constantly get compliments when people come over on how big and nice it is. We’ve decorated it well, but it still has a unique/​nice layout.
The thin walls do bother us, but besides that this place is great. It is everything you could want in an apartment. I’d recommend people living here. We like that it’s next to the green river trail. Theres farms behind the apartments and our kids love to see the animals. Good place to live, and I feel safe here.

I have lived here in a 3 bedroom two bath for a year. Horribly noisy place, thin walls I can hardly sleep on my days off kids running everywhere because it’s by Kent elementary. Last month my truck was broken into and they stole my stereo equipment now a month later this morning I go outside and my window was smashed in and my truck rifled through. The apartments have 1 senior citizen aged security guard that patrols the whole property. The lawn Crew come multiple times a week at 7 am so don’t plan on sleeping in. Things are always breaking in the apartment. The office staff just lie and pump this place up to get you here. and after all of this crap they raised my rent 180 dollars this year and told me next year probably another 100 dollars will be added. And it stinks here all the time it’s right on the green river trail so bums and homeless people that live on the trail use the apartments as a passage way to the trail regularly. Basically don’t move here you’ll be sorry you did
