Taqueria Los Rodriguez

There was a Living Social deal recently, so I decided to try this place out. Friendly service, and I thought it was cool that they used an iPad to take orders and ring you up. Something modern that I wasn’t expecting to see at a taqueria :)
The service was great, the tacos and sopitos were good, and I love that they had a good selection of items. The mulitas were also good, but didn’t include avocado as I’m used to seeing. Unfortunately the carne asada plate was not very good at all. They forgot to include the pepper (which they gladly brought out after we asked) and the carne asada itself was very low quality meat. It was tough and chewy, and not much flavor either. Sadly I’ve had better carne asada even at chain mexican restaurants such as Las Margaritas or Jalisco.
Bottom line, I’d recommend this place if you stick with the smaller items and stay away from the plates.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this establishment a few times. The street taco’s/Taco Truck style tacos are amazingly good. The service is brilliant. Also the price’s are very reasonable. They are located in the corner of a strip mall but if you live on the Kent East Hill and like Mexican food that isn’t fake please go here!
