Lets make this clear i had to put a star it was just horable customer service when I told them they over charged me for gass when I filled it up to were it was at and gave me a dirty truck smelt like weed in the cab and mud all in the back that smelt like trash and poop literaly they gave me blankets to lay down and told me they will give me 10 $ credit for the truck being 45 min late all they said was I needed to bring in my receipt for the gas to prove it to them?! And they would not give me my 10 $ off but credit for our next time?! Like I move a lot and will even be back their?! I was not given what I was told and was charged for gass when I filled it! ! And won’t fix it now waiting my time to call and complane above them … I recommend the one in auburn or covington

Rip-​off. I reserved a trailer at another Uhaul and got diverted to this place since my normal place didn’t have what I needed. I found this out and called him and cancelled the reservation. They charged my card $ 50 anyway so now I have to dispute the charge. Avoid this place at all costs. What a jerk!
