Worst manicure ever. Paint warped & chipped within 24 hours. Pretty much sucks for paying $ 19. I left my hands to dry for at least 15min. Not to mention the dryer I put my hands on was EXTREMELYGREASY like nobody was sanitizing the dryers after each use. My hands felt gross! that’s just nasty! I had to quick use sanitizer after that! I could have gone to the Asians in the mall! Way better quality & at a better price! Never again.

I was a little nervous about getting a pedicure here, because I’d only seen negative reviews for the location near where I live, and recent ones here are a bit underwhelming. I was pleasantly surprised. I called ahead, and the woman I spoke to was professional, polite, and answered my questions in a straightforward manner. I scheduled a Lottsa Hottsa LUV Pedi, and waited for less than 5 minutes to go to my chair. I was able to immediately start soaking my feet(after approving the water temperature). The woman who set me up showed me the chair remote, and gave me a recommendation for a setting, then said she’d be back. When she returned, she told me that another woman(Sheritha) would be doing my pedicure, but she told me in such a way that I completely understood the change, and felt excited to be receiving a pedicure from Sheritha. She came and asked me what kind of scrub and lotion I would like, and went to get them.(I personally didn’t mind the sitting because it was more time to enjoy the massaging chair and let my feet soak). My goal was to have a relaxing experience, so I didn’t chat much, and she didn’t try to start any unnecessary conversation. Near the end of my pedicure I started talking a bit, and she was very personable and pleasant to talk to. Another reviewer complained of staff that was unable to gauge the customer’s tone and demeanor, and that was quite the opposite of my experience. I could go over my pedicure moment to moment, but I will just summarize by saying that Sheritha was friendly, thorough, attentive and detail-oriented. I almost didn’t care about the polish because I’ve learned that the quality of a polish application will probably be no where near as neat as it would be if I applied it myself. However, she did a beautiful job, regardless of closing time fast approaching, when some people rush just to get finished. Then, I was allowed to let my toes dry as long as I wanted, even past the posted closing time(which is so important in the cold months, when socks are going on very soon!) My only regret is that I don’t live in the area, otherwise I would be making appointments with Sheritha regularly.

I have to say, I had heard really great things about this place and was excited to check it out! I was slighly unimpressed by the lack of customer service and the waiting time. Not only did it take her 15 minutes to set up(bring a basket from the back room), but then she looked at my nails for approximately 10 minutes to «decide» what to do with them. The manicure and acrylic fill took almost 2 hours. I do appreciate the attention to detail but holy moly! The nail polish I picked out was almost empty and I mentioned how goopy it was, and she brushed it off. Not only are my nicely filed acrylic nails goopy and uneven, I had to leave right after because I had appointments and did not think my nails would take 2 hours. It also cost more than double most places… I can say I will not be back.

I’ve attempted to try this place twice and both times I’ve been turned away from them. It looks really nice and the prices seem reasonable, but not being able to get in or even have someone be nice about it is not okay. I hope that others have better luck than I did. I will take my business elsewhere.

Got a mani and pedi. she did a decent job, leaving some of my nails only 75% painted! I later realized this when I headed back to work. I had a better experience at their Grandville location. Don’t waste your money going here!

I had my nails done for my wedding and I’ve had a few pedicures done here. I think the prices are reasonable and the pedicure service is quick. The nails took a while longer, but I thought they were worth it. All of the pedicures I’ve had done here turn out well. I’ve never had an issue with the paint chipping as some of the other reviewers stated. I gotta be honest, when I get a pedicure, I’m the type that just wants to zone out. Let me read a mindless magazine or listen to music on my phone. Every staff member who has done a pedicure on me has been really chatty. Like so much so that they bring in other employees or customers into the conversation; I leave knowing everything about the girl who worked with me and the person in the chair over. That type of warm, friendly comradely is usually super. But with a pampering service, it’s nice when the staff can gage the customer’s tone and demeanor and react accordingly to give them the best quality of service that meets their needs at that moment. The other service I’d had here acrylic nails. I had a set put on for my wedding. I want to say first and foremost, they looked great! They weren’t thick or bumpy. They were natural looking and held on strong for weeks after the wedding. It did take about 2&½ hours, which I wasn’t expecting. I’ve had acrylics done before at other places and it’s never taken that long. The girl who did them was friendly enough but just plan your night accordingly if you are looking for this service.

I have been to this location once and had no problems. The facility was clean and the nail tech did a nice job. I have several friends and co workers who come here and say they’ve always had good experiences, too. We had appointments and chose the«middle» pedicure option. I will be back to Luv again. I find this to be a good value.

The only reason I don’t give three stars is because of their front desk service. They always act rushed and can’t wait to get you off the phone when you call for an appointment and when you check in you have to tell multiple people what you’re there for… Only to have the technician ask the same thing. The service is ok… Unfortunately, the girls that did the best job have moved on. The place is clean and relatively quiet. I go because I can get a Sunday appointment. Stil hoping that with time they will get better and improve their customer service. Oh, and being nice doesn’t need to be that sickeningly, cloyingly sweetness where they call you«Hon» and«Sweetie.»

This salon is beautifully decorated, clean, an the massage chairs are to die for. It’s just the services that are an issue. I had a Mani an a Pedi, and neither looked great. Just fine. The technician painting my friends toes spilled red nail polish on my friends white sandals, and she didn’t even apologize. The sandals were ruined and no effort was made to right the problem. Bad nail services, bad service, you should probably just go somewhere else.

I went here for a french manicure the day before my wedding. The nail tech suggested a gel manicure because she thought it looked better for the french tips. And she was right, they did look great, but for a very very short period of time. I broke one tip just reaching into my duffle bag within 24 hours. Within 48 hours, three nail tips had broken and dirt was starting to accumulate between the white tip and the gel overcoat on two nails. It’s Tuesday, 4 days after the $ 42 manicure and two of the ten nails still look good. Four have broken and four have accumulated some very unsightly dirt and grime under the gel overcoat but on top of the french tip. So, I thought I would give the salon a chance to make things right. I called and told them what happened and they told me to come in and they would fix it. But I’m an out of town bride and had already left to go back to Massachusetts. I asked that they refund my money. They refused as it was store policy not to refund under any circumstances. They offered a gift certificate but again, what good does that do me on the east coast. Apparently I’m out of luck and $ 42 plus a decent tip, but I have a crappy looking manicure! Hopefully you have better luck than I did, but I would certainly not recommend this establishment.

I’ll start at the beginning. My sister and I made appointments for a mani/pedi and arrive on time only to wait an HOUR after our appointment time to get started. I should’ve just taken that as a sign and left, but no… This was by far the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. The girl I had rushed through everything all the while complaining about how she hates it when she has picky customers(making it very awkward). I had to prompt her to file my nails… wtf?! Then she gave me attitude saying I was going to be like«one of those people.» Again, wtf? Aren’t you in the service industry? She didn’t do anything above the bare minimum, rushed through everything, and sloppily painted my nails. I had to go home and clean them up myself. The pedicure was b.s. It only lasted 15 minutes. So much for relaxation. I literally waited an hour so I could get a 25 minute mani/pedi. I think she may have gotten the world record on speed. Not to mention there were tons of people with little kids/babies being loud, so that was pleasant. So unless you want a rushed service complete with an employee bitching the whole time I suggest you go somewhere else that works a little harder for their money. The owner was there and didn’t even feel it necessary to apologize for anything(even though I complained). For a new business they obviously don’t care about gaining any return customers. I gave them a star for décor. Thumbs waaaaaaay down on this place. Save your time and money.

I went in for the $ 30 manicure and pedicure deal at the end of July. Stepping inside this place was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Even with an appointment, I waited fifteen minutes in the lobby, and another ten in a chair waiting to meet the girl who would ruin my nails. My nails were filed crooked and left ragged. My cuticles were cut sloppily and, again, left ragged. This girl apparently couldn’t wait to be finished with me, because she kept reapplying different polishes without waiting for anything to dry, each time ruining the coat beneath and leaving my nails messy looking. I did not hesitate to notify the manager of the poor service and was given a discount, but in no way does that make up for the fact that since then my nails have been cracking, splitting, and peeling off. Given the option, my rating for Luv would be 0⁄5. Do NOT go here.

I had an okay experience but was disappointed with the actual services performed or not really performed. Every mani/pedi place provides a hand, arm and leg massage as part of their service, this place does not. The girl I had didn’t ask if I wanted my nails trimmed, she didn’t really clean/trim the cuticles very well, and the nail polish chipped after two days on my toes. I will not go back nor recommend this place. It seems the girls that work there are inexperienced. Expensive place for less than average service.

Attractive salon. Clean. Many chairs. They host bridal parties and groups. Early Sunday hours. Reasonable prices. Very good experience. The nail technician was nice, polite and thorough. Front desk staff seemed a bit uncertain and untrained, but polite.
