Established in 2011.

Reynolds Contracting LLC was founded in 2011 as a solution to the growing need for small earthwork and contracting services around Charlottesville and Albemarle County, Virginia. Our service area currently includes Albemarle, Augusta, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Madison, Nelson and Orange Counties, and the City of Charlottesville, with the possibility of further expansion.

Reynolds Contracting has developed into to a highly desirable construction company under the leadership and expertise of owner David Reynolds, who has been in the construction business for more than 25 years.

We are the AB Chance Certified Dealer for foundation repairs in Central Virginia and a member of the Better Business Bureau.

Business Owner

David and wife Bonnie founded Reynolds Contracting in 2011, making his longtime dream a reality. David brings extraordinary knowledge to lead the team and utmost professionalism to his clients. He began working at a young age for his father, who was a golf professional, and David learned grounds keeping and course management in his family’s business. After living and working on golf courses for most of his life, David then had the opportunity to build golf courses, which was his introduction to construction and earth-​moving projects. Over the next 25 years, David became skilled in many facets of construction, including foundation repair, tree care and transport, water management, and other special services Reynolds Contracting offers today.
