They are the subcontractor to Perfect Delivery, who seems to be the main luggage delivery service for major airlines such as BA, Lufthansa, and Delta in New York. If you find your luggage lost or delayed, good luck. These guys are rude and will go out of their way to make things difficult for you.
I don’t need them to be sympathetic, but a little professional courtesy would be nice.
