Jeffrey D. Cohen, a member of the New York Bar for over 12 years. After graduating from law school, Mr. Cohen joined the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office where he served as an Assistant District Attorney, for approximately 6 years. He immediately distinguished himself as a trial attorney and was promoted to the felony trial bureau and soon thereafter became a senior prosecutor. Here he was assigned very serious cases and acquired extensive trial experience.

After obtaining invaluable courtroom experience, Mr. Cohen entered private practice and established his law firm in 2007. Mr. Cohen continues to regularly try cases and concentrates his areas of law in Criminal, both in federal and State court and also practices in family law and civil rights litigation.

Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts in New York and is a member of The New York State Association of Criminal Defense Attorney’s.
