Victor Knapp has been in private practice since 1981, with a heavy emphasis on criminal defense matters. Possessing both a business and juris doctor degree from St. John’s University (Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting, 1976, magna cum laude; Juris Doctorate degree, 1980, cum laude), Knapp has also received his Masters (LL.M.) degree in Intellectual Property from Cardozo Law School in 2001.
