I came in one day looking to get keys copied and they worked !!
Total of 15 keys and they all work flawlessly.
I’m extremely satisfied.

Brought some old Italian dress shoes here to get resoled. Honestly, my bf wasn’t expecting much, they are 7 years old and he wore them out. Since this place is so nearby I brought them here figured they could do it if it were possible, Cobblers surely must know how to resole right? The Cobbler said that he can definitely resole them and when he was done with them they would last for YEARS! He charged $ 40 and said come back in a week. This place btw is never open convenient times. They open at 10 am close by 6pm and are closed on Saturdays. So it was like cat and mouse trying to get here, and when we did they were not ready– no problem we said.
We finally picked them up and they looked good.
Until wearing them once and the rubber split in half!
We took them back, and the guy refused to do anything, saying that the shoe was beyond repair in the first place. Nothing he can do. Mind you he promised when «he was done with them they would last YEARS» No refund, no Apology NOTHING.
Fast forward to now, brought them to Artys in Chelsea they resoled them for $ 35 and they have been good ever since.
Artys also said this place used the cheapest of rubber out there.
If it were me I would have just thrown the suckers out, but boys will be boys.
