The Island Shop is a department store carrying all kinds of Home Accessories and Gifts. We have Bed Linens, Scented Candles, Baby Toys and Gifts, Christofle Silver, Baccarat Crystal, Nespresso Coffee machines, Anna Weatherley China, Herend, Christmas decorations, kitchen accessories and many many more items.

We have multi-​lingual staff with many years of experience in customer service and selling fine merchandise.

We will ship to anywhere in the world and offer free white glove delivery service to Key Biscayne for most items.

If you are looking for something that we don’t have, we we will source and order it for you.

History

Established in 1966.

The Island Shop started life as The Island Card & Gift Shop almost 50 years ago. Olga and Maruchy bought the store from the original owners in 1989 and over 20 years converted the store from a Card Shop to a beautiful Gift and Home Accessories Store with many different departments.

They even expanded the store into the vacant unit next door to make space for the increased number of beautiful lines we acquired from all over the world.

In 2012 The Island Shop passed to new hands and the new owners, Ana & Beatriz are taking the store from strength to strength, whilst keeping the «family business» atmosphere and values.

Meet the Manager

Sharif S.

Manager

Sharif has been on the frontline of Retail for over 7 years, all of those on Key Biscayne. Before that he worked behind the scenes in procurement and manufacturing for large department stores.

Born in Lebanon, he grew up in London, England and has lived in Miami since 1998. Speaks English fluently and does OK in Spanish French with a little Arabic thrown in for good measure.

He will be happy to tell you his life story himself so stop by, he will make you a coffee and have a chat.
