History

Established in 1992.

The DiGiorgio family name is a closely followed one in the restaurant business. In 1968, Pasquale DiGiorgio opend his first restaurant in North Miami and has had a loyal following ever since due to large portions, high quality, value pricing and friendly staff. In 1992 the DiGiorgio family moved to Key Largo and brought 3 decade of restaurant experience to the area and was a hit from day one. Introducing so many new things to the area, it was also a fun learning experienc for us. Access to so much local seafood made it fascinating in incorporating it into our our cooking and menu. Over th last 20 years, DiGiorgio’s Café Largo has been known for so many things. Our high value and interesting wine list, great selection of cordials and liquors, homemade pasta’s, our homemade Tira Mi Su no one can duplicate, many unique pasta and veal dishes and so much more. We are proud of our recent Zagat rating and hope to see you soon.

Meet the Business Owner

Robert D.

Business Owner

With parents from Italy, it was only natural to have plenty of italian around. We are blessed with the knowledge of cuisine from both the south and north of Italy. Our family roots come from the city of Monte Cassino in the south and the independent republic of Sam Marino in the north. The family started in the restaurant business in South Florida in 1968 and I was born into it. With family members being part of the business, we took the food we like best at home and brought into the restaurants over the years. When you visit our restaurants, you are in our home and part of our family.
