Rent a jet ski in Florida to experience the fast & exciting side of life on the ocean. Whether you’re a local to Key Largo or vacationing, a wave runner rental in Florida is a must try! We have hourly rentals, first come first serve.

Explore the mangroves and open water surrounding Key Largo with Keys Skis. This two-​hour jet ski tour departs from the Key West Inn and travels through John Pennekamp State Park into the Atlantic & the Gulf of Mexico. Take the tour on your own jet ski or bring the family. Each ski fits up to three people for the same price. Limited to groups of up to six jet skis, the semi-​private tour departs from the canals and reaches open water within five minutes. Tours are offered seven days a week by reservation only.

Very Unpleasant Trip. We bought four group tickets for 4 couples (8 ppl) online for both Jet Ski and Kayak bundle. While we finish the Jet Ski trip, there are only two couples wanna do that Kayak trip. Basically that 4 bundle tickets could have 4 kayak boats, but the owner refuse to provide 4 boats only because for those two couples, they only have 2 bundle tickets.
Since the other 2 couples don’t want to do that kayak, we suggest to transfer those two couple’s tickets to the 2 who want to kayak, so that those four ppl could all have kayak ticket. BUT THE OWNER REFUSE TO TAKE IT. And it’s already 4:30pm, only 30 mins actually left for kayak, THE OWNER STILL CHARGE THOSE 4 PPL $ 40 FOR KAYAK.
Will never revisit this place again, and won’t recommend any friends to here.

Worst experience EVER!!! Please save your money!!! The skis were very old and the seats were ripped. I spent $ 110 for an hour, however, twenty minutes in, my jet ski stopped working. My friends had to tow me in. I asked for my money back and spoke to the OWNER Brian 305– 451– 0043. He refused to refund my money. He offered me $ 20 for my troubles. He refused to even discuss compensating my friends for their horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! There are plenty other rental companies in the area.

The only reason I found out about this place was because of Group-​on. I found a deal of $ 90 for an hour on the jet ski and the rest of the day on a kayak. I’ve never been on a jet ski but Brian was very thorough with all the explanations. The one annoying this about jet skiing is that the seaweed always gets stuck to the bottom so you have to get off and take the seaweed out and let me tell you it’s so hard to get back on the jet ski (at least for me) but other then that I really enjoyed the hour I spent on the jet ski. The kayak is a little harder to maneuver but I was on the same kayak as my boyfriend so he helped a lot. I got sea sick while on it so we came back after about an hour and then left. It was a great experience overall.

What an indescribable time I had on Labor Day Weekend in Key Largo. All thanks to Keys Skis and Adventure. With experienced & friendly staffs, Key Ski will provide the best jet ski tour (2 hours of non-​stop excitement). The also provide kayak tours and bike rentals.
I highly recommend Keys Skis to anyone who travel to South Florida.

This has got to be the worse experience I have ever encountered at a jet ski package. We bought a groupon which was not cheap for 1 hour jet ski and kayak. Once we got there you had to pay an extra $ 30 for a second person, the group on makes it seem like it’s for 2 people. That wasn’t even a big deal. After driving about 80 miles to get there and enjoy our day. The owner who is a total douche bag had a bad attitude, was not friendly, very rude, kept asking us if we were going to kayak (obviously, that’s why we bought the groupon) when we were signing the paperwork he was more worried about people damaging his jet skis than our actual safety. They kept repeating that if we damaged the jet ski every inch would cost $ 100. They also ask for a deposit up front so if you don’t have the money you’re out of luck. If I could blog about this place and how royally disgusted I was I would blog on every single review site because this place is a dump and so are the staff. Don’t bother spending your hard earned money here, they don’t care about you and they are only worried about the jet skis getting damaged… Talk about a stressful adventure. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! I’ve done many jet ski tours and this one takes the cake. Spend the extra money and head over to key west they have great people all over and really care about the people. Oh and when we returned for the kayaks the owner would not let go of us riding the kayaks so we asked for our money back, you know the extra $ 20 you have to pay per person to ride a kayak. Total joke.

My husband and myself spent last sat and sun in key largo (our first trip to the keys) so we went out on a party fishing boat and caught nothing and we’re really let down with our expectations of «the Keys», so after lunch we decided to try out keys skis. I had never ridden on a wave runner in my life (50 yrs old) but my husband had so I felt safe and he assured me he would pull the seaweed out of the exhaust if need be. We choose the two hour «tour» which is basically a high speed game of chase, but also some slower paced trails. Once I over came my anxiety attack and followed the instructions of Louis (our guide) I started to feel like a pro,(with my hubby following behind), and since there was only one other person in our tour group it made it easy to stick together.
Our experience was a blast and it was the highlight of our key largo visit. We have not stopped talking about how enjoyable it was and that we choose the tour (instead of free styling for two hours).

Also the business rents kayaks now, I was back in the area for more adventures and after renting a jet ski went for 3 hour kayaking therapy. That’s how I call it therapy — very relaxing, adventurous & a GREAT work out :))) Was very convenient since the place had it all at one spot, didn’t have to waste my time driving around;they also rent BIKES

AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
They refused to accept GroupOns for Kayak rental despite the fact that we met the published terms. Groupon agreed with us and refunded the money and said they will investigate the business. We rented 2 jet skis. One broke down while more than a mile offshore. 18 year old running the show did his best to help, but ultimately owner had to come out and tow stalled unit home after several delays.
Weird thing is the owner did not acknowledge us when he came out. He only spoke with the highschooler (who deserves kudos for doing his best to help – i hope he finds a more agreeable boss) despite hellos and waves from us.
Other concerns included lack of published rates on the website or at their kiosk and last minute warning that any scratches would result in a deduction of $ 100 per inch of scratch from our deposit. It reminded me of the kind of tourist exploiting culture that is sometimes found in among the Caribbean islands. The experience was also the polar opposite of our experience with Blue Water Scuba – they are great.
Look around for an alternative and reward them with your business. We made the mistake of trusting Group On and not checking Unilocal or TripAdvisor.

Overall great price for what you get. If say best in the keys. Check Groupon before getting there! Jet skied out to the ocean (great space and views) and took a kayak around the lagoon for a bit.
Customer service was a little awkward. Not exactly the most professional, but again, it was worth it for the jet skis and kayaks.

First of all we called and ask if we needed to make an appt to use the groupon and was told no problem come on over… Then when we get there were told we had to make a reservation 3 days in advance to use the groupon what…
Then how much more rude could the guy be that gave instructions before we took out the jet skis

took my family visiting from the north, figured it would be a more peaceful experience then a jet ski rental in Miami beach. boy was I right! it was so serene! we took a 2 hr tour at 5pm. it was a lot more fun than just going out on your own because you are guided trough a winding and some tight trails through the mangroves which makes for an interesting, scenic and challenging experience. it was truly a memorable experience that makes me smile when I think back on it. don’t miss out, your going to have a great time! cant wait to plan my next tour! don’t forget your towels, protective eyewear and sunblock!

I just had a terrible experience with keys skis 2 hour tour, and would not recommend this experience, especially to novices on pwc’s.
First, I was told on the phone this would be a private tour. I thought that would be great since my wife had a lot of anxiety about going on a jet ski, we have our own guide and can go at our own pace. It is not at all private, but a group of 4 other jet skis (8 other people). Us, being the novices, we’re just a drag on the rest of the group.
Second, I was told to be there at 5. When I arrived at 4:50, we soon found out the whole rest of the group had been waiting for us ready to go (we didn’t even think there was more people), and slightly perturbed we were late. We had no idea as they didn’t tell us to arrive any earlier.
Third, I had ridden a jet ski once before, a long time ago, on a LAKE, by myself. That is quite different from the choppy waters we encountered in the ocean. Since we had no instruction, and the rest of the group was cruising really fast, i tried to keep up and ended up wiping out. That’s when my wife was done, and decided she couldn’t go on, so we headed back. Not even 20 minutes into our 2 hour private trip.
The guy back at the counter offered us not even a partial refund, nothing at all. I feel slightly deceived and mislead about what it was we were signing up for, and that a partial refund would be warranted.

Key Skis offers a 2hr tour of Key Largo, which includes the canals, channels and the mangroves that are nearby. Kenny our tour guide was terrific!!! He was very patient with my inexperienced family members that were moving at a slow pace… but he was very experienced & knowledgeable! Would def come back… don’t forget a waterproof camera… views are amazing and breathtaking! This posted late… we did the tour in June 2013.

Went on a jet ski tour Saturday morning at 9am with my husband. We shared a jet ski and went on the tour with the instructor. Didn’t catch his name but he knew the waterways very well.
He reviewed operations, safety, and summary of the tour before we took off. We crossed the ocean then went thru gorgeous mangrove areas both spacious and narrow, a must see when you visit The Keys. Speeding thru the bayside waters on a flat day was awesome, and viewing the intercoastal homes old and new was very cool too.
The 2 hour tour is well worth the price and we are so glad we took this adventure to see many different areas of the waterways! Much better than any booze cruise we’ve tried!

A must do if you are in ever in Key Largo. This was the most amazing tour ever!!! We went out through the ocean at a pretty high speed and than we went through these winding canals, through mango tunnels. It was so beautiful. Would recommend this as a must do while in Key Largo, you will not be disapointed.

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Islamorada, where we stayed at the Cheeca Lodge. While we were in the Keys, we purchased a deal from Travelzoo for a 2 hour jet ski tour from Key Skis. I didn’t know what to expect from a ‘tour’ as I have only rented jet skis by the hour historically. Well, the tour was beyond exceptional! I was truly amazed and completely floored by how much we saw. Our guide took us into mangrove islands where only a jet ski or kayak would fit. The mangroves had a clear path that we were able to navigate with the guide and it was breathtaking. We were able to drive the jet skis fast, slow, and even had a little bit of our own play time. It truly was an amazing experience and one that I would highly recommend to anyone heading to the Keys!
