Ramada Resort & Marina

This is now Marriott Courtyard.

So… went to a wedding in Key Largo. Family didn’t wanna shell out the extra bucks to stay extra close to our super awesome family. Found an internet rate down the road at the Ramada Resort & Marina.
Resort. It is not. The outside is pretty old. The inside has recently been updated. in the rooms at least. The rest of the place is a dump. That’s being kind. We had a beautiful view of a part of the marina and Overseas highway. And a gas station. Which meant that on both Saturday & Sunday morning, after being WAY too hung over from nights of drinking… happy fishermen were gettin’ ready to go out on the water at the marina wayyyyyyyyyyyy too early in the morning.
The cleaning lady was very kind and polite. But otherwise… the continental breakfast was. weak. Didn’t even find the pool. Cappuccino machine was broken. So was vending machine.
I’d recommend this place for people who wanna save some cash and aren’t looking to live in the lap of luxury… students who want to ruin a room that could use some ruining… And people who want to use the marina. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
