We were a group of seven that had a last minute need for a boat rental. We called the morning of Valentine’s Day during a busy President’s Day weekend. They had a boat available and an extremely helpful staff to get us on our way. And they gave us extra time since we had a bit of a late start. I’ll definitely be back again.

I bought a Groupon deal from this company for a jet ski rental for my fiancé as a gift for our wedding. I called to reserve the jet ski and was told very rudely that they don’t rent jet skis anymore, and the lady I spoke with acted like I was crazy for even asking about it. I double and triple checked, and there’s no way the Groupon was associated with any other company. It ruined my gift and I would never go to a company that treats their customers like this. She also said they would follow up with me, which never happened. I would avoid them.

We had a horrible experience at the rental. We called to check availability. They informed us they had plenty of jet skis for us to rent. We were going to rent 2 but when we arrived they only had 1 available because all others were out for maintenance. We decided we could make do with one, so we rented that one. After charging us, another worker informed us, «sorry that jet ski is leaving for maintenance.» So we tried to get a refund, but none of the workers know how to issue a refund. So all in all, I would highly recommend renting from any other place, unless you like wasting time or waiting on hold with the credit card company. You could rent from, Gilbert’s right across the canal, or the Marriott down the road has rentals. Just rent from anywhere else.

We have rented from these guys several time. Always a great experience. Staff is great and price is awesome. Every boat we got was always in really good conditions. This last time we had a little issue with some mangroves and put a small tear in our canopy. They were really cool and only charged us a small fee to fix it.

Called the night before my 50th (I know, great planning!) and Jessica told me that they still had a Polar 18 ft for USD 285 per day. I took it immediately because everybody else was booked out.
Arrived this morning on my big day and to my great surprise Joel was able to upgrade me to a very comfy pontoon boat. In short, we had a BLAST! Gorgeous day, very nice boat, very easy to drive and handle. The tour that Dave recommended was excellent and we found our way easily using the GPS. Snorkeling, admiring the mangroves, fish and jelly fish, and lots of birds.

I rented a boat here for my B-​Day. The staff was very friendly, however after taking out the boat I quickly realized that the boat they had given me was not the same one they advertised. Their website shows a nice 25ft proline clean with twin 150 engines, what I got was something totally different the boat was in terrible shape only one 200 engine.
To make things worst the boat had an issue (the changed the prop the previous day they told me) and it wouldn’t hydro plane or go over 8mph. It wasted 4 times more gas than it should had. I must point out the staff was very reasonable and did not charge me for all that gas because there was something wrong with the boat.
The reason I give it 2 stars and not one is because of the staff, otherwise as far a the rental I feel mislead and was not a pleasurable experience with the boat itself.
